This office fit her in the same afternoon, as her condition was so bad - crushed spinal compression fracture from repeated falls over the past year. They understood her needs, read the x-ray and MRI report to ensure she got the correct brace. They gave her detailed instructions on putting it on and wearing it as well as tips for using it after it heals during activity that requires bending, i.e dishes and gardening. Everyone from the initial phone call, to the reception and the specialists were professional, courteous and friendly. We are so thankful for their compassionate service. It is worth going there from anywhere in the metro area, as they don't waste your time and are experienced managing the insurance side.

I was introduced to these first in Dallas while on a biz trip, brought them to Columbus OH and continue here in Orlando. They work - but you must follow the directions and build up tolerance/stamina to wear these all day, every day. Yes, they can hurt in the beginning but they're kind of like going to therapy. It takes time and it can be uncomfortable. They support my uber high arches, keep my legs aligned, my knees from bowing, and my back from hurting. It's all connected! Each set has lasted me a lot of years and I probably wear them way beyond their recommended life span - oh well. Can't live without them. Good luck - and follow the directions.

The Good Feet Store's shoe inserts made my feet pain ten times worse! The first time I wore them to…read morework, a little more than half into my shift I was begging my boss to let me go home - not only was the pain in my heels unbearable but my calf muscles in both legs were in agony. That has never happened to me in my entire life. My coworkers helped carry me to my car because it was too painful for me to walk. My girlfriend looked at the products The Good Feet store recommended and sold me and she was incensed. She noted the the cushion the salesman installed were very thin and the inserts were just plastic and no cushion; it was like I was stepping on hard cement. These "Maintainers" that the salesman said I wear for my work shift (8 hours) do not support the arch AT All! They flattened out with each step exacerbating whatever pain existed ten fold. I had to miss more days of work and two days later my feet and heels and calf muscles are still giving me terrible pain. Those $20 inserts you can buy at Walmart NEVER did this to me. I am sitting here fuming that I spent $1,700 at The Good Feet store, feeling that I was scammed - or worse, pranked maliciously to inflict further pain and injury to me. My next course of action is to file a complaint on BBB, and submit negative reviews on every platform that exists in the hopes that this never happens to anyone else. After learning my job employs over 30,000 workers the salesman asked if there was any way to promote The Good Feet store because my job holds annual health fairs where providers (that work with our insurance) set up info tables, offering business cards and free gifts. Not in a million years, Mr. Salesman, would I recommend The Good Feet store. Indeed, the damage has been done. As I passed security and dropped to the ground because I couldn't go another step, they asked what happened to me. After I told them, several security informed me they had thought about going to the Good Feet store since they stand in the same spot for 10 hours and have sore feet as a result. But after seeing me and the state I was in they will never go to the Good Feet store. I implored them to tell as many workers as they can, and have workers tell more and more workers, and then beyond their place of employment to warn family and friends, and yes, to people who are unliked - the Good Feet Store's products would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Now I have an appointment with a podiatrist in four days and they want me to bring in the $1,700 inserts from the Good Feet Store to examine them. I will post an update with the podiatrist's findings. ***Photo added*** I uploaded a photo showing the difference between the two cushions: the left cushion provided by the salesman at the Good Feet Store and the cushion on the right that was in my shoe when I entered the store. As you can see the Good Feet cushion on the left is very thin, offering no shock absorption for the heel for each footstep - that thin cushion is on top of the Good Feet Store insert. The salesman made such a theatrical production when he ripped out the thick cushion that was originally in my shoes saying they were worthless and was about to throw them away. I told him I paid for those at Walmart and I'm keeping them. In my opinion, I consider the name of the store, "Good Feet," a misnomer and should treated with the same level of mistrust a customer would have for a used car lot called "Honest John," or the suspicion usually reserved for a snake oil salesman peddling a cure-all tonic.

Mine had to be custom made so they took more time and effort on her part, but all through it, she kept me well informed and even after my fitting when I needed to come back for more work, I was taken in and still given the great service and personality I received the first 3 times. This is a company that is definately just as concerned about the patient as they are about their business. Surgeons had to take her right leg just below the knee because of a circulation issue. Geoffrey was with us every step of the way. Making hospital visits. Meeting us at doctors' offices. And, the thing that surprised us was when he found out that our insurance did not cover any of the visits or the Prosthesis, he waved all charges because he was not in our insurance group. Knowing we were retired, on a fixed income, and Medicare saved us probably thousands of dollars. For some reason my 6 year old thinks that she's a body builder. After being told by her boy crush…read morethat she should pick up an 8lb dumbbell she accepted the challenge. But then she quickly dropped it smack dab into the middle of her right foot. From the scream you would have thought something worse had happened. However it instantly turned black and blue and we knew we could have a fracture on our hands. After googling what to do (because we all google what to do), it was suggested by both the inter-webs and my fellow doctor friends that I make an immediate appointment for a podiatrist. One of those doctor friends made the recommendation of Dr. Ramin Nadjafi. I called over, and they were able to squeeze my little person in the next day. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and given the typical paperwork. The waiting room and staff was MUCH friendlier than what I've been seeing in doctors offices lately. It wasn't more than 10 minutes that we were taken back. The attending nurse was efficient in getting the details of the injury and performed a quick Xray. I'm glad we went to the podiatrist and not an ER as this was a much more advanced machine specifically for the foot. After the Xray we were taken to an exam room to meet with Dr. Nadjafi. Dr. Nadjafi was beyond terrific; especially with my 6 yr old whom was feeling a bit skiddish. He had her smiling quickly and made us both feel at ease. Bedside manner was 5-stars. He examined her little black and blue foot, and checked the Xray results. He said the concern with her age was the growth plates, and tiny fractures in those. With that, he double and triple checked the Xray to ensure she didn't have any of that. I was very impressed with his intellect, and eagerness to ensure she was taken care of. Praise God my daughter didn't have a fracture, but instead a deep bone contusion. To give her some relief while it healed, he prescribed a walking boot. She felt pretty fancy in her walking boot and was excited to show it to her friends - and probably her boy crush. While it's my hope we don't have to go back to see Dr. Nadjafi anytime soon (no more dumbbells thank you); I do know if we do have a need for feet we're not going anywhere else.

She is constantly booked, so if you are looking for an appointment with her specifically, call WAY in advance. She takes a lot of time with each patient, making sure they have all of their questions answered(sometimes I come in with a whole list!) She was the doctor who recommended CRM and Dr. Loy to us for IVF. A year later, we are 10 weeks pregnant! The office: They have several offices, but the one I am reviewing is the Winter Park location. It has ample parking and an elevator to the 2nd floor where the physicians offices are located. They have 4-5 people working reception so you never have to wait long. Their waiting room is large and spacious- they have a water machine with cups available as well as magazines. Scheduling: This is the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. Dr availability is NOT the issue either, I expect good doctors to be booked :) The issue is if you are having an ultrasound or another lab the front desk can't book you-- you have to wait for a call from a scheduler. I am a very organized person and always bring my planner with me to appointments(yes, I'm old school but I LOVE my Erin Condren planner!), so I'd like to take care of scheduling same day.
