Maybe because they're so desperate for money, trying to recoup the 500,000 they say they paid for the machine so they've got to take it $3000 at a time from senior citizens even though it causes them injuries that lasts for over a week .They will say anything to convince you that this machine is better than exercise and diet. They are no better than snake oil salesman and the worst part is that they claim to be "believers." WWJD? He not lie or rip off senior citizens. We're all held accountable for all the things we do say, and the deeds we do to one another. WILL JUSTICE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE AFTERLIFE? Apparently, this company cares more about making their money back on the machine which apparently cost a half million. It's really not about your health or your well-being. It's all about the almighty Dollar. Charlatans. No matter what they say on here they have done nothing to contact me or return any phone calls or emails or letters or text messages. Once they get their fists around your money, they will not let go, without a fight. So they will get a court fight for a lot more than just $3000 they stole from me. I have had to put my cross country on trip on hold - but you wanna hear the worst part? They could care less about my health or well-being, even after finding out their device injured me. I got a doctors note and sent it and have yet to receive a reply. I would recommend looking up all the research on this device you can before ever letting them use it on you. I really don't even think they know how to use the machine and they certainly don't care about the patients. It's all about the money.

I have been here in regard to what feels like all things obstetrics and gynecology- from the depths of figuring out infertility to recently having our first baby! The providers and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring! Something that I really like about this practice is that is it an all women practice, from the staff and techs to the doctors, everyone is a woman who cares about women's health! The facility itself is clean and gives off a trendy spa like atmosphere. I primarily saw Dr.Hassan, and absolutely love her! She always made sure I felt heard, presented me options and was always willing to spend the extra few minutes with me to make sure I understood everything and every question was answered. Dr.Hassan is always so friendly and supportive, truly making conversations at appointments feel like you are catching up with a friend over lunch which I loved! All of the other doctors here were just as amazing and I always feel well respected and cared for. I really appreciate their on call phone line for evening and weekend support. When I was pregnant I did use it once and Dr.Gabriel happen to be on call, she was so helpful and supportive. I had called in the middle of the night regarding a concern and even though I didn't have an appointment with her, the next time I was in the office she made sure to stop by to check in on me before I left. Truly going above and beyond! The office staff is so lovely, and made coming to my appointments while pregnant so much more enjoyable! I was always greeted with a smile and a warm conversation. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was in the office multiple times a week for monitoring and the staff and techs truly made the experience so much more enjoyable to the point where I was looking forward to every appointment! I have had such a pleasant experience coming to this office and always recommend other women to come here when they are looking for a new obgyn!

I was very apprehensive about having to go through surgery as I'd never really undergone any medical procedures but after I saw Dr. Freeland for my consultation I left feeling very relieved. He was so nice and took his time explaining how the surgery would go. He answered all of my questions so I no longer felt anxious about the upcoming procedure. The morning of my surgery he also stopped by to walk me through the surgery and recovery again to make sure I had no questions beforehand. It's been about a week since recovery and I've had no complications; recovery has been straightforward and how he explained it would go. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is needing to have this procedure done as well!

He gave me a referral and I went on line to check out his ratings. Since Yelp only had one review, I went to the Orlando Health web site and found I could make my appointment on line. Some days he sees new patients, other days he see existing patients. I had to wait a few weeks to see him but it was worth it. I arrived about 30 min ahead of my appointment time and the receptionist looked for my appointment. It was not in the system. She checked and found that I had a account but no appointment. They did not know why it did not show up. I even showed them a copy of the confirmation email I had received for it. She went into the back, spoke to the staff and said it would be no problem for them to see me but I would have to wait just a bit. I was in no hurry and they seemed truly sorry and upset over this challenge. I soon sat down with a stack of papers to fill out and was soon called into the back. The entire staff was so nice! Everyone I met apologized for the appointment error... even Dr Smith apologized. One young lady did my vitals and asked why I was here to see Dr Smith. Then another young doctor came in to check me out and ask questions. Finally Dr. Smith came in, we talked about my situation and we soon decided that taking out my gallbladder would be the best solution. Normally at this point, I would be able to make my surgical appointment but due to another medical issue, I have to wait to get approval from my cardiologist. They said they would call and get the approval. I went on a tuesday and by friday, I still had not heard back from them. I called and left a message but nothing. I called the doctors office who they were waiting on and soon found out that they did get the request from Dr Smiths office and were waiting on my other doctor to respond. It should all be done in a few days. This delay is not due to Dr Smiths office... its the other doctor. Bottom line, the whole experience has been great! They are doing all they can to get my approvals and get this thing rolling! I will follow up with info once my gallbladder comes out. So far, I can highly recommend this office. The staff is very nice, Dr Smith was super friendly and I walked out feeling confident that my gallbladder troubles will be taken care of. ;-)

I walked into Women's Center for Radiology, also known as Solis Mammography, feeling a little…read morenervous. Breast cancer runs in my family, so having a screening mammogram is already an uncomfortable and emotional experience for me. After checking in, one of the receptionists asked if I had an appointment and requested my prescription. I handed it to her, and she immediately said something under her breath in Spanish to another receptionist while pointing at my prescription. Naturally, I asked, "Is there something wrong?" The other receptionist then asked me how old I was. I remember thinking, Why is my age relevant? I'm there for a screening mammogram, I'm already nervous, and my prescription clearly had my information on it. I told her I was 33 and asked why my age was important. She immediately responded that I was "not old enough" for a mammogram and that my insurance wasn't going to cover it. I asked if they had actually contacted my insurance company to verify that. How could they know what my insurance would or would not cover without checking? As it turns out, my insurance does cover screening mammograms. But at that point, the issue was much bigger than insurance coverage. What really bothered me was the lack of sensitivity and professionalism shown by both receptionists. Breast cancer does not discriminate based on age, race, gender, or background. And neither receptionist knew whether I was paying through insurance, paying out of pocket, or had another reason for having the screening at my age. Patients should not feel judged, dismissed, or made to feel like they don't belong when seeking medical care--especially when they are already nervous about a potentially serious health concern. This was my first experience with Solis, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I hope the staff receives additional training on professionalism, communication, and treating every patient with empathy and respect.
