I was referred here by Nordstroms because a pair of Tom Heels I paid $1450 straps were too wide for my feet. This is a problem I typically deal with because my feet are very narrow. I was very pleased with the service. I was a bit nervous as I just bought these shoes, never wore them and already were having them taken apart and repaired. Also I brought a long a pair of Christian Loubs that I ruined in as well to be repair. Byron not only thinks he is the diva of shoes, he is in fact the "Diva" of shoes. Both shows returned back to me looking like they came straight from the store. The repairs aren't even noticeable. Don't listen to the negative Nancy's that gave bad reviews. You get back the energy you give. Byron treated me with respect and the bottom line is I didn't come to make friends, I came to get my shoes repair and this dude is the GOAT of shoe repairs. Thank you!!!

Clean and organized work area.

Friendly and affordable service, with attention to detail. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing leather and shoe work.

He did an amazing job fixing my red bottoms. I drove an hour because they recommended this place.

They are so rude! I will never bring my business to them again. Customer service does not exist in this store.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and had other high end shoes and purses he was repairing when I dropped my shoes off.

Every interaction with Maggie was pleasant and professional as she went above and beyond to work with my schedule, and Walt was incredibly kind and unusually attentive to my special needs, continually tweaking and improving the fit of my brace. These two made what I was expecting to be an uncomfortable experience a rewarding one! Thanks so much to Maggie and Walt!

West Coast Brace & Limb has absolutely set the bar and exceeded my expectations. I wish I would…read morehave found them a long time ago but I'm thankful that we have now. I am a bilateral below the knee amputee (BBKA) and was referred to them when I visited a doctor due to consent pressure sores from my ill fitting prosthetics. Originally, I used a nationally known prosthetic company for years. When I became an amputee I put my trust in their hands, it was all foreign to me. Being an amputee is challenging enough on a day to day basis. I grew so tired and upset by the promises that were never delivered, the constant delays with there labs, insurance & provider issues that I solved myself and still had to wait months for my prosthetics. By the time the prosthetic was released to me my residual limb changed shape, the fitting was off and we were constantly tweaking it. I then got discouraged and thought this was the best it would get. Eventually I was back in my wheelchair. I realize it's a company but instead of trying to upsell me to some fancy feet, I just wanted to walk again, simple as that. Now, let me tell you how West Coast Brace & Limb has changed my life in just a matter of months. First, I was contacted by Carla (Relations Rep), she is so kind, caring and compassionate about helping our amputee community get back to a functioning life. She even heads up a support group that meets once a month for breakfast/lunch. Awesome group! It was so refreshing to talk to another amputee who's life was changed as well for the better. She made me feel important and set up my first appointment to meet with Greg Bauer, my Prosthetist. Greg is extremely caring, understanding, and goes above and beyond. We spent a good amount of time discussing and putting together an action plan. I developed a Neuroma (nerve growth) in my left residual limb that made it painful to wear a prosthetic. I'm still blown away by this but Greg assisted in securing an appointment with Dr. Jason Nydick (Florida Orthopedic Institute) in Tampa to discuss my options. Greg took the time to show up to my appointment, WOW! Within two weeks, I had TMR Surgery. The pain is literally gone and get this, its reduced my phantom pain significantly to almost nothing. Once everything was healed we started working on the new prosthetics. At this point, I am over the moon about moving forward. After casting, check sockets were made (they have there own lab too) and I was given the opportunity to take them home to test before the final sockets were made. I had no idea this was even possible, another WOW! Let's fast forward to today... I have my permanent prosthetics and I am driving myself to Physical Therapy twice a week. I no longer get any pressure sores and have the correct liners that protect my limbs. The big national company couldn't solve that one for me. My family and I are forever grateful and truly believe Greg Bauer and his team are the best in the business. You have made it possible for me to regain my dignity and independence. I now have the quality of life I've been searching for. I could not be happier with the care I have received and I highly recommend West Coast Brace & Limb!

My wife used a bone stimulator as requested by Dr. Gideon, it didn't help heal her foot.THE PAIN WAS SO UNBEARABLE! SHE REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT AFTER SURGERY AND DR. What a horrible office! We have been coming here for the better part of a month for a foot injury…read morethat my bf sustained, and this review is strictly for the extremely rude receptionist. You can tell that she's been here for awhile, and has completely forgotten how to be a human. You are dealing with real people, various injuries, different ages, and ultimately fears concerning if they are going to be able to walk again. She will scold you if you don't arrive at least 30 mins early (we arrived 20 mins before an appt and she made sure to say that she wouldn't charge a fee cause she's not like other offices), and yet you will have to wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen for maybe 10 mins. They are quick to take your copay, even if you aren't actually going to see the doctor, and when you ask questions concerning after care, the receptionist will cut you off and tell you that you need to accept what she said the first time, or listen better. Don't even try to call, because you'll reach a call center, and no one from the office will ever call you back. The office will even let you know that you're not calling them directly, and if you do manage to get the direct number, no one will answer. We've witnessed the same rude receptionist stare at the phone and roll her eyes. We have one more appt here, & then we are finding another practice. Do not recommend!

I picked Dr. Crigler's name out of the proverbial 'hat' (in the network) based on little more than proximity, and it was a good choice. A tip on getting there: drive PAST the building with the number of the beast on it (minus 50) before turning in, and don't make the mistake of listening to your GPS to turn into the building before her office building. If you're on foot, note that the front door of the office building is (inexplicably) locked. Once you find it, her small office is cosy and neat: but what's REALLY neat is that there's really no waiting! How often would you come upon that in any medical facility, huh? Dr. Crigler got some X-Rays done, did an exam of my ailing bits - we decided to monitor, and bang, I'm out of there in just a little over a half hour! The only thing was my prescription was NOT called in - I went to CVS for nothing, and days later, still no call saying prescription is ready for you! I need to find out what happened with it.
