As soon as I walked in the front door, my breath was taken away. It is absolutely beautiful inside. The main doors open into an atrium. It is all trimmed in wood. They were in the process of redoing the floors, again, with wood. Most of the residents are in the dining room. Serving staff brought them menus from which they could choose what they would like to have for their meal. Very impressive. Lots of areas for them to do different activities. There was a coffee kiosk. Exercise equipment. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. I don't see where you can go wrong having one of your loved ones reside in this beautiful facility. read more

This is one of the worst facilities I have ever been in. The building is beautiful but the people are not! The staff does not communicate with each other or the residents.. The residents have a call pendant that they press when they need assistance. It takes the staff at least a half of an hour to respond, sometimes longer. Their staff is constantly changing. At times they are so short handed that their employees are working double shifts which is quite often. At times they have been so short staffed that they have to get their help from a temp agency. The lady working in the business office seems to be obsessed with how much money the potential resident may have. read more

Racist, Racist, Racist is all I can say. The owner is very nasty and will give you the dirtiest look if you apply for a job on any level. I sent in my resume and it was for an entry level position in which asked several questions prior to accepting an interview by Tina the business/office manager. She asked if I like Dogs because that would "make or break the deal". They have a dog which is on property named Marianne and she is well maintained and trained according to the staff. Was invited in and interviewed then asked to come back and interview again with 6 other staff members. The Culinary, maintenance, Sales, Nursing and Director of the entire place to see if my personality would be a good fit. The position applied for was a late night front desk shift which honestly unsure why my skills would not be the number 1 factor. I received an email back which stated the job was going to another candidate, the very next morning. The last person to see me was the owner and she gave me the nastiest look. I do believe that there is an issue of racism. Good luck with your job search and I would strongly encourage you to look somewhere else. The Directors were all very pleasant with the exception of maybe one or two that seemed a little disoriented.
