When I received my meal it was not eatable and was cold. Things that are cooked should be at least warm. When I as for it to be warmed up the attendant REFUSED TO GET IT WARMED UP BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO WALK BACK TO THE KITCHEN TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. The administration ASKED the attendant to apologize but refused. Anywhere else on planet earth immediate expulsion would have been called for.
