House had many many more issues that were not disclosed to use. David Levine (Davis Realtor sales rep) then called my husband (who was apologetic that deal didn't work out) and said to my husband "F... you. We sold the house for a higher price than you were going to buy " and hung up on my husband. This was a lie since house sold for less-another disturbing fact. Check out Zillow for price of house in 2017 and notice listing price history. We never received an apology or even a compassionate response from company. This is why most clients don't trust their realtors. Truly a crazy, unhinged action from a so - called realtor professional. Stay away at all costs. More detailed experience below. - We were in the attorney review process of buying a house from Davis Realtors on 5 clover court east Brunswick, NJ. In short, we rescinded our offer to purchase. House had many more issues that were not disclosed to us. HOUSE HAD MANY MORE major and necessary repairs and upgrades that were listed on the sellers "good faith" disclosure form. Furnace is 19 years old not 6 years old as the seller disclosed. Water heater is 15 years old not 3 years old as the seller disclosed. A/C unit is 9 years old and not 3 years as the seller disclosed. Plus the sidewalks pose an insurance issue for buyer as the concrete slabs are being uprooted by a tree. Also fire hazard caused by decrepit attic door and electrical problems throughout house. Plus the house needs major cosmetic work which we will were "aware of". However due to all the other undisclosed issues we opted out of buying this house. The Sellers realtor (David Levine from Davis Realty) called my husband and said "F" You. We sold the house for a higher than you were going to buy it for. ". His name is David Levine. Steer clear of this unprofessional and deceptive realtor. He will attest to anything just to get his sellers commission.

Unfortunately Tom the owner & Irene the manager, is one of the most SMUG people I have ever encountered in my life. Early on I unfortunately recommended my business partner to use them, and he received service that was Crappier then mine. When the agent was supposed to be at a CO appointment at 10am, she texts to say "GOT LATE, can your tenant entertain the inspector til I get there" the answer is no do your job. I let both Tom & Irene know I would be posting these. I'm assuming by their reactions they didn't believe me, but when you see the screenshots because unfortunately for them their thinks it's better to text than call, only loading up the case against them. The unethical things done are a case for the real estate commission, the Brokers association and the state regarding notary services that were improperly carried out. I look forward to posting the gems of the screenshots I have. One of the better ones was when my agent asked to borrow my car to drive to South Plainfield to view the house she was listing for my business partner, because she couldn't find a rental available. As you said Irene all of your days are great, I hope that continues for you! . Plenty more screenshots to follow

My wife and I interviewed many real estate agents in search of the proper match for us…read more I'm glad I trusted my gut and went with Susan. First time buyers. We relocated to Ocean county and needed someone who would help us navigate a new unfamiliar area. Our search was focused on the beach towns in southern Monmouth and northern Ocean Counties. Based out of Spring Lake, this area is Susan's bread and butter. We narrowed the search down to the towns between Avon by the Sea and Bay Head, and Susan was able to give the ins and out of every nook between the two. When we found the right house, we thought it could potentially be a multiple offer situation. We rested easy knowing our offer was backed with Susan's reputation-"Her deals get done", the value of this can not be understated. Once we were under contract and throughout the entire process, Susan lended expert advice, and knew the right people to get the job done. Example... In most of these towns your going to need flood insurance. We had a complex situation because the home had no current flood policy, no existing elevation certificate, and fema maps were scheduled to change zones prior to closing. I got multiple quotes from different brokers but the agent Susan recommended ended up saving me nearly 70% on my flood policy, and did what the other insurance agents didn't even know was possible. He was able to get me locked into a transferable policy that grandfathered me into the existing flood zone, before I even closed on the house. This maneuver was based on Susan's recommendation and will keep my rates low for years to come. Susan stays on top of everyone on both sides of the transaction during the entire process and will ensure everything is completed in a timely fashion. Push never comes to shove, because Susan always nudged at the proper time. Susan will help you cross the finish line, she will not rest until the keys are in your hand. Quite literally. On Closing day, she ran through a rain storm & got soaking wet, without hesitation to retrieve the house keys from the sellers attorney who inadvertently took them with him, after the transaction was complete. Before I could finish my thought, "So when do we get the keys..." Susan had already bolted for the door, once again Susan saved the day. I highly recommend Susan for any real estate transaction.
