The first was for perspective buyers and the second was for local realtors. This approach provided my property the maximum exposure possible. In addition, Gloria, her team member Brian Woolley, and many other realtors showed my property numerous times over the next two weeks. This comprehensive and highly efficient marketing procedure resulted in multiple bids over the asking price.
