House had many many more issues that were not disclosed to use. David Levine (Davis Realtor sales rep) then called my husband (who was apologetic that deal didn't work out) and said to my husband "F... you. We sold the house for a higher price than you were going to buy " and hung up on my husband. This was a lie since house sold for less-another disturbing fact. Check out Zillow for price of house in 2017 and notice listing price history. We never received an apology or even a compassionate response from company. This is why most clients don't trust their realtors. Truly a crazy, unhinged action from a so - called realtor professional. Stay away at all costs. More detailed experience below. - We were in the attorney review process of buying a house from Davis Realtors on 5 clover court east Brunswick, NJ. In short, we rescinded our offer to purchase. House had many more issues that were not disclosed to us. HOUSE HAD MANY MORE major and necessary repairs and upgrades that were listed on the sellers "good faith" disclosure form. Furnace is 19 years old not 6 years old as the seller disclosed. Water heater is 15 years old not 3 years old as the seller disclosed. A/C unit is 9 years old and not 3 years as the seller disclosed. Plus the sidewalks pose an insurance issue for buyer as the concrete slabs are being uprooted by a tree. Also fire hazard caused by decrepit attic door and electrical problems throughout house. Plus the house needs major cosmetic work which we will were "aware of". However due to all the other undisclosed issues we opted out of buying this house. The Sellers realtor (David Levine from Davis Realty) called my husband and said "F" You. We sold the house for a higher than you were going to buy it for. ". His name is David Levine. Steer clear of this unprofessional and deceptive realtor. He will attest to anything just to get his sellers commission.

Doing those things with Kerry and the O'Brien team made it that much easier. They listened to what we needed and what we were looking for, receptive to all our requests. We were looking for a house to rent in the Princeton, NJ area for our large family. Because we're…read morefrom New England, we were not very familiar with the area, and had no idea which areas to consider or what schools would be best for our four kids. We had a very difficult time finding a realtor who was willing to take the time to work with us - until we found Surbhi! She was very responsive, patient (with four kids and lots of questions, this is essential!), kind, and helped us finally find a dream rental home that met both our very long list of requirements AND was in our price range. I would not hesitate to recommend Surbhi to anyone else, and there is no one else we'll use when we are ready to find our next home!

I did not know Surbhi or her agency personally starting off, my local agent suggested her. So I was a bit apprehensive to begin with since she was a professional recommendation and not a personal one. I had no idea we would hit the jackpot with Surbhi!! My husband and I lead very busy lives, and we were worried about the impact of real estate hunting on our schedule. Surbhi made it so easy for us. She was very understanding of our time crunch and maximized the use of our time on our many house hunting trips. She was always on-time with a planned agenda, and when things needed to be moved around, got on the phone and rescheduled things for us in a jiffy I have never met a more organized and thorough agent before!!Surbhi helped us with EVERYTHING, from finding a lawyer, to helping with recommendations of financing companies, inspectors, HOA questions, getting on the case of anyone who was stalling at providing us with needed information and making real estate recommendations on narrowing down our search areas. She got us names of contractors for interior and exterior home work and offered great insight on the impact of their work on the home value. Surbhi's extremely professional, very knowledgable on everything real estate related, on-time, always reachable (get's back to you within 5 mins if you text her) and a very nice person to top it off :-) She made house hunting a breeze and kept us in-line reminding us of any documents waiting for our input!! With her help, we are now proud home owners and spoilt rotten with this fabulous experience. I don't want to deal with anyone but Surbhi going forward!!

Robert Furer of Elbe Real Estate is someone you need to steer clear from…read more Me and my husband were interested in a studio under his listing and that's our first mistake: 1. I confirmed with him an hour before our showing he said he'll reconfirm with my husband instead of just saying okay or just accepting it. Why do you need to reconfirm half our before, especially after even speaking with you that morning. 2. Said it'll be him showing it to us, 5 on the dot. After we got there all the sudden the super or "management" is suddenly filling in. We waited over 30 minutes after "he's on his way" "let me see where he is I'll call him again" the guy was inside the building the whole time unknowing to our waiting for him. So much for "he's on his way" 3. Two broker fees is illegal. The super even agreed. "It's for my partner" the ONE broker fee is split if it's between two agents, and then he tried to bargain that we should meet him in the middle. The studio was so run down, broken shelves, paint peeling off the ceiling, the smell of cat piss.... come on. We're newly weds looking for our home ( we ended up finding someone who actually helped us in the end at a better brokerage!) this was a shit hole that we actually considered because we would've gave it love and spruced it up. I hope this all makes sense. Oh and getting him to answer the phone at first.. don't hold your breath.
