But he then drove price 100 k higher. This was for HIS own buyer mind you. Wow great working on behalf of the client. We found 2 other great realtors . Of great moral fiber. And found and purchased a much better dream home. In the end thanks he did us a favor really.....

As a seller's agent, she's going to tell you how to show your house to advantage. As a buyer's agent, she's going to see things that you may miss, Ok, now for specifics. She sold my 2mm+ house -- we went from signing the agreement, to staging, to photos, to listing, to showing, to multiple offers, to signed contract in one week, with strategic hand holding in a tough transaction every step of the way. She then, at the same time, navigated the most seamless and pleasant purchase or a highly coveted beach condo with all four parties (2 agents, buyer, seller) emerging as... friends.
