The worst was when she wanted to do the walk through the night before and give the purchasers the garage door openers, code to garage and keys prior to the closing. I did not have my phone with me at the time and my child viewed my text messages and thought something really happened to me. In my opinion they are bullies out to get their commission. I personally would go to another realtor, there are plenty around that won't send harassing text messages or threaten to have the police come see you.
