Our server, Gabriela was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter asked for whipped cream on her pancakes and since they came out so quickly it wasn't added. Otherwise, this was a nice morning to spend a 2 hour school delay and enjoy yummy short stacks.

I threw it in the garbage about a quarter of the way through. The fried shrimp is the only thing worth your time, but let's be honest and say how can you mess that dish up. The hand rolls look unique and appetizing, but the taste for most is so bland and others so overwhelmingly salty crabby. And I'm someone who LOVES crab. The Krispy rice on other a la carte items was so bland and borderline moist... I questioned why it was added to the dish altogether. Overall so disappointed by a company that has a great marketing campaign. I tried nearly the entire menu and can honestly say I felt nothing was worth returning for.

It took a while for anyone to come over, and when our waitress did, she asked if anyone had already taken care of us and then said she'd be our server -- which felt a little unorganized. Drinks (even water) took longer than expected, and throughout the meal it was hard to track down our server when we needed something. At one point we had to ask another staff member for help and still waited a while before getting assistance. Food was hit or miss. My daughter didn't like her sliders, but they were able to switch them out. The sundaes ended up being a miss for the kids -- lots of toppings that weren't expected, and most of it went uneaten. Best part was the dragon fruit margarita -- that was actually really good. Overall, the staff was polite, but service was slow and a bit disorganized. Not a bad experience, just not the most efficient.

But after driving around and seeing the lights on, I told my wife it looked like they were still open. Inside, it felt like a ghost restaurant at 5:30 pm Friday. Only one table was occupied, but we decided to give it a chance. I checked Yelp, and most complaints were about poor service, which didn't exactly boost our confidence. We ordered our meals, and surprisingly, everything tasted great. The only disappointment with the food itself was the honey mustard -- it was filled barely a fourth of a tiny cup, which felt a bit ridiculous. The bigger issues, though, were the condition of the restaurant and the service. The booth seating was completely caved in. It's definitely time for new seating; the current ones are long overdue for replacement. Service was the biggest problem. Our waiter never checked on us, and we had to get up twice just to ask for drink refills. He spent most of his time on his phone, and since he was the only waiter working, the whole place felt abandoned. If management focused on improving customer service and updating the seating, I truly believe they could bring customers back. The food is good -- they just need the service and atmosphere to match.

I placed an online order around 8:45 PM for a tray of 30 buffalo mild wings. To confirm everything was in order, I called the store and was told the food would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM, I informed the cashier I was there for the 30-wing tray. For the next 10 minutes, they couldn't find my order and kept going back and forth trying to locate it. Eventually, they discovered that the cook had completely missed the order. The staff seemed just as surprised when the cashier asked about it. As a result, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes while they prepared it from scratch. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my past positive experiences with Boli's. On top of that, the cleanliness of the store was extremely poor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. This visit really left a bad impression, and I'll be seriously reconsidering whether I give them my business again in the future.
