My parking brake is also not working properly. I was told these issues were already there, but that is not true. I know my car, and these problems did not exist before I brought it in. I was also told that the codes were scanned or reset, and I believe something may have gone wrong during that process. It is unbelievable that I received my car back with these problems. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way this was handled. The person who handled my car was very unprofessional. I expect Caliber to properly inspect my vehicle, find out what happened, and fix the actual problems--not simply clear the codes.

They did all the communication with my insurance company and the rental car company so that I basically didn't have to do anything. I showed up with my car, they texted Enterprise, and before I had even gathered my personal things from my car, there was my rental waiting for me. Same thing with the drop-off: I just left the rental car in their lot and drove off in my fixed-up car, they took care of everything. Also, they communicated with me every step of the way about the timeline of my repair and were so professional and polite. Second, they were so fast! I was prepared for my repair to take at least twice as long (maybe three times). And not only had they fixed my car (only the hood was damaged), but washed and cleaned the entire car AND the interior! Finally, they did a superb job. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot. They matched my unusual paint color and everything. I'm so happy with this experience, and am recommending Bik's to everyone I know.
