The client had a vision for the desserts and Blythe came through, squeezing in this special order for patriotic cupcakes, as well as a birthday cake, during peak wedding season. I REALLY appreciated that. Blythe was very responsive - like immediate responses - and made the whole process so easy, which I greatly appreciated since I had many other elements to line up prior to the day of the event. Blythe delivered the cupcakes in a variety of DELICIOUS and moist flavors (the carrot cake was out of this world and SO flavorful and "spicey" and was a favorite amongst the guests) and displayed them on a wrapped wooden board and secured each to the board with a little dab of icing to keep them in place. The display was EXACTLY like the inspiration photo, right down to the fondant stars! Though we had so many special touches as the Celebration of Life luncheon, I think the cupcake display was the client's favorite. Blythe also made a birthday cake for the client's daughter's birthday, which was the next day, and delivered that on time to their Air B&B. Working with Blythe made the experience so easy. In the past my experience with high end designed custom cakes was you either get a cake that looks amazing but tastes average or worse or you get a great tasting cake with average design. This experience was totally different. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better! The designer was very thorough, the cake was substantial and looked perfect. It made the perfect focal piece for the party. And, it looked so good no one wanted to cut it (but we did and it was consumed)! I checked out the variety of goodies today and they were quite a few. I didn't realize how much they truly had! I'm so used to grabbing bagels and donuts that I haven't really seen all their other options of goods. The beautiful sugar cookies caught my eye. I adore the delicate flowers that are printed on the cookie. I would have loved all my cookies too have had that floral print. I grab the only 4 they had and grabbed a couple extra cuties that they that were available. My mother in law's friends loved the cookies. They were full from lunch and decided to take their treats home. I'm sure they loved their cookies. They were excited to pick out their favorite one. The gal that helped me today was super sweet. My wife ordered a birthday cake for me last week. She asked them to cover the entire cake with flowers made from frosting, no writing, no other decorations, just entirely covered with frosting flowers. Wow - it did not disappoint! When I got the cake, it didn't look anything like it and she had excuses as to why it was misshapen. She raved about how good it would taste, as well and it was very dry and the fondant was so tough, it couldn't even be nibbled on. I would not recommend her until she takes some more classes on how to design and decorate cakes, especially if she is going to charge a somewhat pricey fee. I could have done a better job myself and was rather disappointed when I got it home.

The absolute worst service we have ever had…read more.. 1 week before our wedding, we reach out to ensure everything is still a go and that there are no issues. Well, low and behold we get an email back, an automated message at that, stating that they were no longer in business and that they apologized. 1 week!!! 1 week before our wedding WE had to reach out to them in order to find this out. Its now coming up on a week AFTER our wedding and we are still without our refund and still ZERO communication whatsoever. Do not, under any circumstance, use this company if they come back. All emails are available for those to read. HORRIBLE customer service.
