The proposal was competitive and within our needed timeframe. They transformed the house. Great communication throughout the process, especially since the laminate happened before the carpet, and the carpet couldn't be installed until after the painters were done. (It's weird being in the middle of all that planning but everyone was super understanding and helpful.) It was worth every penny. I'd work with Sarkis and The Floor Store again in a heartbeat.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

They were able to put floor balancing material and moisture barrier the same day. They worked with us on a tricky moulding situation in our kitchen that allowed us to have a seemless look throughout our home. In one day, the team was able to install all the floors and baseboards with amazing speed - moving our washer and dryer (and replacing it too!). The final product was PERFECTLY installed. The quote matched the payment and we are very satisfied with the price and end product. We highly recommend the entire team at Pro Floors.

The floor was not prepped properly and the way the plank joints were staggered was poor. First, some of the planks were damaged when they arrived. The installer said there were enough good planks to finish the install, and he could make it work, well yeah sorta. The floors squeak when you walk on it. I called and their guy came out to check. The work turned out beautifully, the quality was excellent, and the team completed everything efficiently. Don, the project manager, was communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive. Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. That level of effort meant a lot to me. I would definitely use NG Floors again for future projects, especially now that I know they handle home remodeling in addition to flooring. Thanks, Don!

Here are some things to know - Quality: The work is beautiful and we are totally impressed. There were a couple challenging places around the stairs where the installers really had to work to make it look seamless. They did an awesome job. Installers: We had a team of five men and they were professional and enjoyable. Very friendly, very respectful and cleaned up each of the two days they were here. They were a pleasure to have. Customer satisfaction: There were a couple of difficult areas due to the home's structure. In both cases, they were completely focused on a solution we would be satisfied with. Value: We obtained three different estimates for this 2400 square-foot job and SAWS was nearly exactly in the middle. We felt the value was excellent. Initially there was a bit of a challenge with communication, however that ended up being completely inconsequential. Completely satisfied with the work, the timeline, the professionalism and the value. I absolutely recommend them for baseboard installation!
