The coaches there were great at actually taking the time to invest in teaching you how to throw, and they were very fun and enthusiastic with everyone in attendance. We were greeted at the front desk with the same friendliness and enthusiasm. The boards here were also so much better than any other I've attended. They weren't all beat up, allowing us to land more throws. I'd have to say they had my favorite axes too. They also have multiple different sizes of axes for you to try. My favorite part was that they had different types of scoring games for us to try, rather than the same scoring setup over and over. They also awarded the winner with Mardi gras beads as a trophy for each game. I would choose this place every time from this point toward, when going axe throwing. You won't regret it!

It was a Saturday evening and we put our name on the wait list at 545p and finally got a lane at 8p. SO I recommend reserving in advance if you can. The first thing I noticed was the very visible Rock Hill PD Cruisers out front. There were three of them and there was an uniformed officer stationed at the front door. Yes, you and your family will feel safe here. It's got a massive Arcade, think Dave & Busters level with electronic games for kids & adults of all ages. The big balloon claw pick up was very popular. They do the 'card swipe' so you can purchase and reload with value and when you 'win' the ticket value is credited back to the card or they have a prize exchange area. A huge bar with wide screen TV's very prominent in the center of the facility and just adjacent to the kitchen where you an order Pizza, Wings, Tenders and fries and yes they serve beer. If you like the idea of throwing an axe, they got you. I also liked the retro Pac-Man and Galaga game that are 'huge'! There are 14 bowling lanes and each has a huge HDTV over it and there is another one over the end of each lane. We watched the Commanders take down the Lions in an epic NFC division play-off game. It's computerized and automated so you have a touch screen at your lane table where you start your round and order your food. A very prominent video screen above so you can track your score. What's very different is the use of Robots to deliver the food.They also have attendants to bring the beverages, napkins, straws and check on you from time to time. Roaming CSR's available to answer questions and solve problems. We had pizza, chicken tenders and fries and I was surprised at how good the meat lover pizza was. I also like that they have the weight of each ball prominently stenciled on each ball and there are lots of choices. We all commented on how quickly the ball gets returned and the pins are re-set. It really helps to keep the pace of your round. In the winter time, this is a great place to gather with family and friends for a good time out of the weather.

I had never been and as I walked in, I was a little nervy but all of that went away as soon as we checked in, got drinks and were taken to our lanes. The guy running the location that night was super friendly and walked us thru the process. He was great and checked in on us through the process. We had a great time chatting and axe throwing! We did the 45 minute unlimited and did not have reservations. We found that 45 minutes was more than enough time to enjoy and perfect one's axe throwing. We will be back!

Number two, she was super helpful with helping us figure out how to distribute our weight and throw to maximize our points and skill. I got progressively better each time and even won one round!! I got several bullseyes and called the blue dot and hit it (I forget what that's called but it's good) Anyway, yes wear closed toe shoes but nothing with a platform (crocs or sneakers will do). However, the owners are very helpful in providing tips to tune up your ac-throwing skills. They literally won't let you be absolutely awful (you may not be good by the time you leave ,but you won't be awful) unless you just want to be. There are light refreshments and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase. Whether you are a party of one or with a group, you will definitely have a good time here. I definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.
