It is so peaceful inside there not a lot of loud noises clanking and crazy music. The server name was Zai She did an amazing job answered all my crazy questions and was so friendly. I feel like it's hard to find a good Chinese Food place here in Amarillo. This place was exactly what we were looking for. I hated it took us so long to find it. The food was absolutely amazing. It will definitely be a regular restaurant we go to. Thank you to Pacific Rim for a wonderful first experience, hoping for many more to come. By the way, sorry about the messy Kung pow chicken picture. When it got there, I tore into it so fast that I forgot to take a picture of the presentation. Wanted to make a correction in my post. After I posted it I noticed it we had ordered two years ago to go. That was really, very first moved here. And I totally forgot about the place. So excited I found them again.

For some reason I craved Chinese food while traveling through Amarillo for the night. Who would…read morethink I found one of my favorite places located in North Texas? Yelp reviews pay off once again. It was surprisingly empty with only two tables occupied at 7pm on a Saturday so I'm guessing lots of carry out and deliveries because the kitchen was busy. I ordered take out and it still was ready pretty quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff when I asked about the different spicy heat levels and different foods. I had some hot and sour soup, and the cashew chicken with lo mein noodles and got it medium heat. It was perfect. Hot enough for flavor and a little sting but not so much to ruin eating it in comfort. Portion was great and very flavorful. Wish I lived closer but have a new go to spot anytime in town. Highly recommended.

I always get the Rock & Roll roll and it's seriously my favorite. It's so fresh and flavorful every single time--I literally crave it. You can tell they're consistent with their quality, which I love. Service is always quick, and everything just runs smoothly every time I go. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Amarillo. If you haven't tried the Rock & Roll roll yet, you're missing out!!

Came here in April of 2026 to give this place a swirl ... Decor is more Thai than Japan, nothing memorable. Service? Also fine & courteous - you'll get what you need, just not much extra. The menu moment: Lots of varieties of Thai dishes and Japanese rolls. What I tried: Pad Kee Mao (#58) -- Stir-fried udon with a full house of meats, shrimp, and veggies. Spicy, saucy, and hits the spot if you're craving pan-fried noodles. Solid portion for $14.95 -- and the one thing I'd come back for. Crispy Tofu (#5) -- Tried it for the first time... and probably the last. Didn't quite land for me. $8.95. The takeaway: Nothing really stands out here, but it gets the job done if you're in the mood for Thai-style noodles. The know before you go: No dessert. Translation: no mango sticky rice. Tragic. Next on deck: Ceviche Salad (#89) -- because curiosity wins. The bottom line: Worth it if you're nearby and want a quick noodle fix. Just keep expectations in check (and maybe skip the tofu).
