Old Timers, eggs over medium with tomatoes and fresh fruit. $8.99. Fresh fruit was an extra $1.69

Date of our visit was 06/27/22. Of the many times we have dined at a CB restaurant, this was the first time we had breakfast. My wife had the Old Timers, eggs over medium with tomatoes and fresh fruit. I had the build your own, eggs over medium with hash brown casserole and meat sampler. Both meals came with biscuits and gravy. Eggs were cooked as ordered but mine were cold. The best part of the meal was the biscuits and gravy. We'll keep dining at CB restaurants but no more breakfast for me.

    Soda heaven.

When I was younger, the bland cooking of Cracker Barrel didn't impress me. As I've gotten older, the portion amount versus price offered at Cracker Barrel now impresses me. Cracker Barrel is "southern style" cooking, so it fills you up, but is not exciting. This restaurant is located in the Lycoming Crossing, near the Lycoming Mall. Standard Cracker Barrel layout, entering though the packed gift shop with narrow walkways. I do enjoy the selection of classic glass bottle sodas they stock, as it's often hard to find such older sodas. Restaurant is decorated with vintage and distressed items. Fancy Fixin's menu comes with three sides (an impressive amount) and corn muffins/biscuits. I generally go for the Fried Shrimp unless the Pot Roast is on special. Service is fine and food arrives in a fair amount of time. The Lycoming Mall area is odd due to its lack of restaurants (including many of the newest fast casual options) and in an area with limited food options, Cracker Barrel is fine for a meal.

Nothing out of the ordinary if your familiar with Cracker Barrel. Friendly and attentive service. Above average food quality. I'd recommend against the fried steak. It was more of a fried hamburger but still had good flavor

Every time that I am in the states I have to stop at a Cracker Barrel for breakfast! This location was amazing! They had inside & outside seating for guests. The staff were wearing masks! Everyone was super friendly! Most of all it was the best egg sandwich that I have ever had! Thank you for making my visit nothing shy of excellent!!!

Meat was dry and chewy. Mashed potatoes were cold and crumbly. Gravy looked like it had been flipped out of a jello mold.

On our way home after skiing, the fam decided to stop in for breakfast. Good thing we arrived a little bit before 11:00 a.m., because Within 20 minutes of us being seated, there was already a 20 min wait outside for a table! I like the Ambiance of the inside restaurant, fireplace with a cauldron right by the entrance is a nice touch. That being said, the restaurant is really toasty! I had heard about Cracker Barrel for years, and this visit did not disappoint. Two in our ordered the steak and eggs. One steak was overdone more than medium rare, but the other one was cooked perfectly medium rare. Guess due to the volume they can't manage it perfectly. My sunny side up eggs for my sandwich was a little undercooked, as the egg white was still clear and runny. Seems like things that were cooked in butter, possibly overcast iron or baked, we're cooked perfectly, as our pancakes and biscuits were both cooked perfectly. No burnt edges, but toasty and delicious. They even served real maple syrup, and offered us refills on our coffees and soft drinks without even asking. Little peg game on table is signature gimmick, which kept the kiddos busy trying to figure out the puzzle. I rather enjoyed shopping while waiting for my order to come by, as I found a number of items on super sale, ranging from 25% to 70% discounted. Joined their rewards program and already earned a reward. Overall, staff were friendly (Yani was our server). Hopefully will be back if we're in the area again!

They were preparing for a family mini-reunion, a chance for everyone to catch up before Christmas Day. The chosen locations was a neutral, cozy ground an hour away: the Cracker Barrel in Fogelsville. It was December 17, a Saturday. Christopher Gola and Rosemarie Antonelli were driving in from another part of the state, eager to meet everyone. Matthew Huey and Ashley Huey the younger generation, were coordinating their arrivals times. The plan was set for a late breakfast, a strategic choice to avoid the main Sunday rush but still enjoy the breakfast menu staples like the Country Boy Breakfast or Chicken Fried Chicken.

There's a cute gift shop area in the front with a lot of cute trinkets from snow globes to lip balm and candy bars. There are a few candy sticks for 35 cents, I tried the lemon one and you can't really beat it for that price. Makes you feel like a kid again. There's tiny toys and clothes too. You can easily spend half an hour there. There are rocking chairs in the front too, if the weather wasn't so cold, I might actually have sat there! My first time having Cracker Barrel and it felt like a mix of Wendy's and Popeyes, chicken less crispy (in a good way) and baked potato more topped than just sour cream and chives. There was bacon, yet no additional fees!! I had cinnamon apples on the side and it was so good. Soft and the dipping cinnamon spread was delicious. Made me forget how much I liked cinnamon apples. My fiance had the salad as the side, I can't remember if it was additional fees but it was huge!! There would've been no way I would've finished my meal if I ordered it. Overall a lovely experience, great service. Would love to come back if I was passing by the area.

Seriously, you could navigate through one of these with your eyes closed. Once you've been in one Cracker Barrel, you've pretty much been in them all, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. They're almost always located right off of a highway exit, and what you find there is exactly what you expect. The closest thing to an old school diner experience that you could expect. The menu has gone through some changes over the years. I think they recently added Uncle Herschel's breakfast back which was actually a really big deal to me because that was always my thing. Just like getting the Rooty Tutti Fresh and Fruity from IHOP mainly because I like saying that. Appetizers are fantastic! Fried pickles are a little salty but oh so tasty! The beignets are really good. They now have a cinnamon bun skillet which is great. It looks a little terrifying in the menu because you think it's way bigger than it is, but it's a decent size to split between three or four people, so it makes a great high carb okay, it's a pure carbohydrate appetizer and it's worth it. Typically it's a friendly atmosphere, kitschy ambiance, kids love to play the peg game, comfy rocking chairs outside if you have to wait a while. It's full of controversy over their logo for some stupid reason that I think was actually generated by bots and not real human beings. I'm not upset with logo changes. I enjoy the restaurant. I enjoy the people who work there. I enjoy the people who sit near me at the tables, and I certainly enjoy going there with my family.
