I asked the lady that was waiting on me how to cook them. First, she told me just cook them until they look like they're done. Really? When pressed for further details she Then told me "well you know you just cook them until the shell turns red and the lobster is white". C'mon I don't know anyone who has time to sit at the oven and peer through the glass to see when it's done. No, I was thinking people that worked in the seafood store would know the proper answer to this. for example saying cook it at 350 for 15 minutes etc. Or having a handout sheet with cooking instructions on it like all the other seafood places I've been to.
