We had a stamped patio through Crack Attack installed last Sunmer and I was incredibly encouraged when we signed up but the end product is well below expectations. There are chunks missing, cracks in the concrete that are sure to expand and crumble through winter, the seal was applied unevenly and the release was applied sloppily and stained our siding. They were supposed to apply a finish on the steps that they didn't apply and the only response to all of this that we got was, 'Well, that's what you get with stamped concrete.' The life of our patio is surely limited and I am very disappointed. They seemed to be great in the planning, but once we were booked, they pushed our time out without communication. I reached out several times and finally got a response. I understand that times are tough, but a little proactive communication goes a long way. I was willing to forgive that, but the poor quality of the end product leaves me frustrated that we paid full price and were brushed off for our concerns. I would not recommend. After sharing this review on Facebook and Google, I was contacted and they came out to look with the concrete company. I was told that my patio would be redone due to the obvious quality concerns. This has still not happened and I have not been prioritized. In addition, I have been told that I am responsible to pay for the landscaping work and septic that I will have to have re-done, even though I made my concerns known and was brushed off at final inspection and before I had that work completed. I had hoped that this would be recovered but to date, this is unresolved.

just 2 years after installation! 50% of driveway looks like this.

We hired Crack Attack 4 years ago (Spring of 2019). Within a few weeks, a hairline crack already formed on our front step. Fast forward just 2 years (2021) there were tons of pits throughout the entire driveway and that hairline crack is huge. Now, 4 years later, it all just keeps getting worse and worse. I hate even looking at my driveway knowing how much I spent to get a "nice concrete driveway" but instead got one that is just crumbling away. When I reached out to Tim via email, he wrote back to me: "Unfortunately we don't make the materials" , so basically he doesn't stand behind his product. The team was very nice and Tim has a great personality, but unfortunately, a charming personality isn't going help my ugly crumbling apart driveway or give me money back. :( I should have gone with the guy down the street who was slightly priced higher. This is one of those situations where I went with the lower price thinking I was getting a better deal, but instead, have a nightmare.

Do not use this business. Dishonest, in removing my negative review. Unprofessional along with incompetent concrete finishing skills. Scheduling and communication is very poor. Emails/calls not answered or returned promptly. Cancelled work appts 5 times short/no call notice. Blame will be deflected on vendors/suppliers and disproved weather. Save yourself the headache and awful looking concrete..

Hired these guys to do a job, but much like the other review, they did not show up and they did not call.

I had a crack in my basement wall that was letting in water every time it rained. I contacted Real…read moreSeal, and from start to finish, they were amazing to work with! The team was professional, explained the whole process clearly, and showed up right on time. They sealed the crack quickly and neatly. If you need any foundation or waterproofing work, I'd definitely recommend Real Seal.

I regret having to post this because Real Seal has done good work in the past, but unfortunately…read morethis experience was different. I called them about water intrusion into our ground level bedroom. They diagnosed the water issue as two foundation cracks and charged $1,700 for the repair plus a $250 overtime fee. The work was completed and done satisfactorily, but the actual source turned out to be a leaking water heater not the cracks. Yes, the repairs could be considered necessary in the long run, but there was no need to expedite this repair. Their recommendation was an educated guess rather than a proper diagnostic process to ensure the two cracks were the actual source of water intrusion. I was trusting their professional service to provide an accurate diagnostic. When I requested a refund of the overtime fee only (given the cracks were not actively leaking) and a goodwill discount (given the damages I incurred due to time wasted, since this was not actually the problem), they offered to remove a $100 late payment fee I didn't even know existed and a $50 goodwill discount. The offer is something, but it fell short, especially because the director was curt and seemed more interested in closing out the conversation than actually resolving a legitimate complaint. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any foundation work. EDITED IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY DOUBLING DOWN... I appreciate the response but I would like to expand on a few of the comments made. While Saturday was accommodating, it was only necessary due to the incorrect diagnosis. Your team tried to schedule me a week and a half out. I asked if they could do better. Your team then offered Saturday. It wasn't for my convenience, it was a necessity as a result of your diagnosis. My walls were supposedly actively leaking water, of course I wanted this done as soon as possible. If this was correctly diagnosed, I could've had the cracks repaired anytime. Additionally, you specifically told me on the phone, this $250 fee was directly for a technician's overtime, which in your words, "is why you cannot refund it." Not a standard Saturday service fee, as you've now stated publicly. In regards to the $100 late payment fee, while it may be outlined in the contract, a courtesy reminder would have been appropriate given I was not onsite for the repair and never received a final invoice on the day of service. How was I expected to pay within the terms without ever receiving a bill? Your response also confirms my original review. Your diagnosis was based on another company's assessment rather than your own independent verification. A proper diagnostic process would have verified that water was NOT actually entering through the cracks. Yes, the cracks were there, but no, they were not actively leaking. Hence my request to remove the "service fee." I hired you to stop the water intrusion, not simply repair my foundation. The water heater was the actual source.

But then they said that they never said that our basement would stop flooding after they did work to it. They were extremely aggressive and mean. Not just rude, but actually verbally, aggressive, and on the attack. I am a woman and was at home alone when their service man came out and he was yelling at me and frankly, I was pretty scared and uncomfortable having a grown man that is a stranger yell at me in my house. It was the worst experience I have had in a long time and they have already cost me all of my property tax money that I had to spend fixing the basement . Now I have to sell my house or I'll lose it. I lost so many thousands of dollars because my basement flooded after they told me that it wouldn't anymore. My roommate had had to move out and actually became homeless for a little while and had to live in a homeless shelter because her bedroom was in the basement. Luckily, she finally found a place to live. No help to Everseal. This was the first house I had lived in For more than a couple of years . I've lived here for over 11 years and now I have to move because everseal ripped me off and lied to me. Don't ever use this company. They will lie to you and not tell you everything. they will promise you would dry basement and then tell you that they never promised that and it wasn't their responsibility to make your basement dry. He told me I have water coming in from the sewer and seepage and that he's not gonna help me with either one of them and he's not gonna help me at all. I've never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. I can't believe he started yelling at me. I am a victim of violent crimes so that really scared me extra. Save yourself from the Horrible experience I had with them and go to somebody else. They are nothing but con artists and scammers. They will take many thousands of dollars from you and your basement will still flood.
