Everything is served out of the counter with picnic tables seating. Very beachy casual. The best feature is the decor in their bathroom LOL. I was there for a special event so I didn't try the regular menu. We shared fried shrimps, stuffed clams, grilled chicken, crab cake sliders and fish tacos. Everything is tender and delicious, though the stuffed clam maybe too seasoned for my personal taste. For the vibe alone I think it's a great place to be when you're on the beach. Please Don't go!!! It awful. Service-terrible and they're MEAN! So slow. Seriously. You will wait about an hour and a half for your food, but they will tell you when you order it, but it will be ready in 15 minutes. When you inquire about your meal, politely and nicely, they will snap back at you. Everyone waiting for their food is frustrated and annoyed. Save yourselves. There are so many better places at the beach. I have to add this review. We ordered large clams and if I tell you how puny it was, you would be shocked. Please please get your shit together. Our order was taken at 7:45 pm we did not get our food until 8:38 pm And was told they ran out of crab cakes. You need to get organized it's really easy. Thank god we brought our own wine. We were able to to save a dismal experience. They served people that were there before us. They did give us a refund for the crab cakes that they ran out of. Blackened fish sandwich- good portion size, spicy with nice blackened flavor. Soft crab sandwich - good portion, nicely crispy! All of the above served with fries. Fries were kind of lukewarmish, but we also got onion rings and those were hot and crispy. The spot is cute- all outside on benches, about 6 or so tables. The only thing I can complain about are the hours or availability. I am not from the area, so I happened to catch this establishment during the last week of the season. I got the pleasure of not so "Crabby Rick" himself cooking for me. I met the owner and one of his friends/customers who share some geographic similarities with me. I ordered the blackened fish sandwich and the crab balls. It is a bit pricey compared to food at home but it was well worth it. I know the trendy thing is to take pictures of you food. Stopped by this recently refurbed spot and had incredibly great sandwiches. The beer-battered fish sandwich was perfectly fried with just the right amount of flavorful batter, and the the blackened fish sandwich was nicely seasoned, and on both items the fish was light and fresh, the rolls were tasty and fresh as well, and serving sizes were generous. I used to love this place, but our recent experience was terrible. Very young staff with no concern what-so-ever for covid. Cashier was handling money, food and eating her own meal with her bare hands. People behind counter were wearing masks but kept pulling them off to talk to each other. We ended up dumping our entire meal in the trash because we didn't feel safe eating it. This place is a little gem and I hope the owners either train their staff better or work the place themselves. Everything was delicious and fresh, especially the fish tacos!! All of our meals came with old bay seasoned fries. The lobster roll was prepared a little differently than I'm used to, less dressing, sort of healthier tasting, but they don't skimp on the lobster, there were so many big chunks in there! I went there for lunch. I had the soft shell crab sandwich. I didn't really care for the bread and other stuff - the crab was fried to golden brown and leaked juice when I bit into it. The fries tasted fresh and had Cajun seasoning on it. The blackened fish sandwich had a whole fish filet generously seasoned and tasted just right - moist and fully-cooked. Down at the shore this week and came across this great little fish shack. Has outdoor Donny or take out to bring to the beach or home. The service is order and the bring tot the table it was very quick. Food was fresh and tasty. Had the fish tacos , family had crab cake sandwich and fish and chips. The fish sandwich was delicious, but needed to "dry off" a little from the fryer prior to being sandwiched, it had a few spots soaked in oil and those spots threw off the texture.
