I see another little scratch on the door I get the paper that they give you. That says everything they've done to your car on the paper that they gave me. It says description of the images before service NONE So I walked back down there and I tell the gentleman. There are some scratches on my car. He's like there's no scratches on your car. Like yeah, they are. He walks back up there. He tries to tell me the scratch has been on my car. No, they weren't, and this paper clearly says. Before you did any service on my car, there was no damage done to my car. I asked him to get his manager and his supervisor they came outside. They went to go look at a camera or a video of it.
