I initially brought them my manual 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ for a major project that included an engine rebuild, transmission rebuild, and a long list of additional work. I intentionally waited almost two years to write this review because I wanted to make sure I could stand behind the quality of their work and see how everything held up over time. I can confidently say that I couldn't be happier with the results! There were a couple of minor issues along the way, including a missing coolant cap, an engine cap, and a bolt or two missing in certain places. However, when I brought these concerns to their attention, they took care of everything right away without hesitation. Patrick and his team have been fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Working with Patrick has been a genuinely pleasant experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns, understand exactly what I wanted done, and address the issues I had with my Jeep. They were dependable, kept things on schedule, and made the entire experience a positive one. Finding a trustworthy mechanic who takes pride in their work, listens to their customers, and delivers quality results is not always easy. That's exactly what I've found at Patrick's Auto Center, and that's why I'm taking the time to write this review after nearly two years.
