You can take the module at your own pace (it is not timed)-- at your leisure over a couple of days or as speedy as you want! A lot of reading is involved and there several intermittent quizzes. Based on your quiz performance, the module will speed up or slow down. Once you complete the module, you're eligible to complete the in-person portion. You will be sent instructions for access to the testing office as well as parking instructions (there is access to a paid parking lot). When you enter the office, you'll enter the sim room to your left. There are instructions for engaging with the sim/ dummy set-up. Quick and easy! I'd definitely renew here again!

Of course after seeing this I want to cancel but because of the 24 hour cancellation policy they will only give me 60% back on top of that they charged me $15 for giving back my refund. So I get back less than 50% for their unprofessionalism. They should have stated I needed a second person BEFORE purchase not after. Don't know why we need to waste other people's time for a class they won't even need and take away from any business they have during the day. I suggested I can demonstrate without a partner which should definitely suffice. They should not let people join a same day class if their policy is 24 hours for cancellation.
