Ziva is a phenomenal instructor--she is incredibly knowledgeable and presented a ton of information in a clear and effective way. Incredible class! I've been meaning to take a CPR class for years and one of my friends said he was taking this class and I said ok I will come with you. Funny enough in the class there is a video of people that procrastinate and I was one of them in this matter. The class is very informative and teaches you about all the necessary things you will need to know about almost all dangerous subjects. CPR was my main focus but then a few videos were shown about , injuries, broken bones, burns, bit from Animal etc. I really enjoyed the class and the teach was incredible knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely think everyone should take this class and I certainly thing I will take it more than once now to make Sure I keep up with it and never forget how to do the proper steps. I took the BLS for Healthcare Providers course Unfortunately, I procrastinated and leaving myself with just one day to renew my certification. I took the BLS course for healthcare providers. * It was a very easy sign-up process online and reasonably priced. * Ziva was very thorough in her lessons. * They have great equipment for practicing the techniques on adults, infants, and a practice AED. She did a great job providing feedback on our techniques. * She taught us the differences in the guidance between CPR for infants, children, and adults. * I received my completed certificate later the same day. * There is parking in the front lot (limited) and also an underground lot for the building off of Whitworth. Overall, it was a great customer and learning experience. I would come back to recertify here when required. read more

I really recommend this place because I have learned a lot of things that will stick with me forever. It was an immersive experience in a small room. By the time you leave, you would at least remember a few things that could make a difference in the life you may save in future. I guess it's thanks to the instructor being very straightforward! I've taken quite a few BLS renewal courses as a healthcare provider and this class was great. It took me less than 2 hours. The instructor explained things very well. They don't require you to purchase the handbook, which is nice because you learn what you need in the class. They gave a business card magnet with the steps of CPR, which is super helpful. There is a small parking lot, but also free street parking in the residential area. Will definitely be renewing again here. read more
