This is perhaps one of the best CPR class I have taken since I've had my BLS card. The class is fun and engaging. The instructors are what makes the class very interesting; they relate personal experiences with what we are doing and why we should do it the correct way. Other CPR class is the same old boring videos and textbook, but this class takes it on another level to keep everyone interested in the topic. It's good for people taking BLS for the first time and for those renewing their card. Parking isn't too bad; there's plenty of parking outside in the morning. It's good to have the current BLS book because the AHA made some changes in regards to the rate of compressions per minute. Doesn't give grace period I drove more then an hour to take her class and was literally a block away texted her to let her know, I'd arrive at 12:07 she texted back "doors lock at 11:59am" She did not provide any service for me and kept my money when I asked for a refund ! I just had my BLS class today with Cindy and it was amazing. I'm generally very shy and quiet, but the way Cindy teaches this class makes it such a relaxed setting. I spoke with you and reserved my spot a week prior to the class, I would assume you would add my name to your list of attendees.. along with four other students. We all waited outside of the class for almost 30 mins (because we were early as you stressed to be) no one had notice that you were picking up a class. We all sat there confused and frustrated until one student decided to email you ( this was 15 mins past 6) I spoke with you on 11/9, advising you that I purchased the Groupon offer for your class and you told me I could come to the Sat class or Tuesday (11/15) am or pm class. I advised you that I would be able to make the Tuesday pm class. You made it very clear that I was to show up 15 mins early because you start promptly at 6 pm. That day I (and 3 other students who had confirmation emails) waited outside of the class room. Around 6:15pm one of the students decided to email you to see if you were coming or if you were stuck in some traffic. At that point you advised her that you had covered for another instructor in Ventura and would not make it in time. She wrote you back and we all sat that disappointed in the lack of communication. I do not go on Yelp to bash companies but to give my honest opinion on my experiences. I was looking forward to taking your class because of all the great reviews you had, and unfortunately due to a lack of communication on your part, I have given you one star. read more

I purchased the course online and followed the instructions to meet with Cindy. Response time was extremely quick for me which was awesome! I had to take a BLS CPR class on super short notice (within 3 days) for my school and managed to have an available day just within the time span I needed which was awesome. There is a lot of availability from what I was able to understand from the voicemail used to contact Cindy. Upon arriving at the site I was greeted and was quickly and efficiently oriented to the location. The conference room we meet in is very spacious and the set up of the mannequins are neat and tidy. My first impressions of this place are definitely on the good side. The class was very interactive and fun. Never a bad time and we always had something to do!
