They put a battery in my iPhone that did not hold a charge. Cost was $150 Refused to give refund. Rude employees. Absolutely no customer service. They need to train their employees in customer service . Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I want a refund. read more

The last time that I got my phone repaired there it was $50 and then I went today and I left my phone I signed the thing the guy said it was gonna be $70. I told him look man the last time I was fixed the same thing for $50 and he said OK and I thought it was going to be $50 and then I left and then they ended up charging me like 65 bucks. I will not be going back there ever again read more

Whoever says in their review that their repair took just 15 minutes is LYING. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you are ready to make multiple trips because their service is so sloppy that they don't do things right and even can damage your device. those 4 stars in GOOGLE reviews are MISLEADING. How such sloppy business can have 4 stars, the young people that work there are so nasty, they have that don't care attitude, and talk to you like they are talking to their parents or sth (However I clarify that I do not have any problem with the tall guy that is bald, he is kind). I went in to have a screen replaced, and 2 weeks after the fix I needed to use the frontal camera, to find out that there was something behind the glass covering the camera . Had to come back and get it fixed. Then when coming in to pick up my phone, this young dude had this awful attitude towards another person when I came in, she told me they put a refurbished battery when she paid for new, and when replacing the battery they broke the phone screen, replaced it but didn't tell her. It was really terrible the attitude this young person had, and the other young white fat guy is worse. This business should NOT have these reviews, DO NOT give your hard earned money to these sloppy people who do not know the appropriate attitude for running a customer facing business and have no work ethic. read more

Excellent service, screen replacement in 15 minutes, good price. Andrea knows what she's doing.

One star and only because I have to in order to post. Worst place ever!!! Took my phone for a cracked screen repair. Was told to come back in a hour and it would be ready. Came back and was told my phone exploded and caught fire. Any compensation for my completely ruining my phone? Nope! This company is a complete scam. Do not take your phone there no matter how minor your fix is. Asked to speak to management which I was told "sorry he doesn't allow us to give out his number, we'll have him call you." Never happened. Was also told that for an additional cost, that my phone was still salvageable. The thing exploded and caught fire and they wanted to charge me more to salvage it! Unbelievable... a nightmare for a minor cracked screen. Do not take your phone here or even purchase any merchandise from them. They are a scam! read more

not affordable, they wanted $80 to replace the joysticks on a PS5 controller even though I brought my own parts.

You WILL buy a bad repair. If you, reading this, believe that you will be the chance exception to the long list of other reviewers who have also had their devices malfunction after leaving the shop, know that you are wrong. Know that, by ignoring this review, you are cursing every cent you will send over the counter to be entirely wasted on a repair so fragile and unreliable it makes the arcade nearby seem like a more permanent benefit. You have three options: go to another repair shop, fix it yourself, or waste your money on this one. You were warned. read more

And better yet we had to get up at 2AM! To just get ignored flirted, and ripped off. Do not go here read more

What a wonderful business! The shop is clean, well lit, easy to navigate and features many interesting items, such as cell phone cases, tethers, all kinds of accssories. Customer service is top notch! I asked Levi, the fellow behind the counter, for assistance in getting Google Assistant working. Since I'm 70 years old, 71 next week!, I find that 'smart phones' are actually smarter than I am! Levi was not in the least put out by my questions, but answered them patiently and thoroughly. He got my phone squared away, up and running in just a few minutes, and was very sweet about it. I was somewhat in a rush, so I could not linger to purchase a case for my phone, but I will be back! read more

i had a really good and probably the best service when getting my iphone 14 pro max back fixed , i went to plenty of places and iphone repair shops and nobody and any other deal i was offered was good then CPR at the santa fe mall. Andrea one of the employees at CPR was well talkative , did not rush me or make me feel like i had to make a choice so fast made me understand and did not make me think i was making the wrong choice or spending so much , im barely starting at life im only 19 years old and she made my experience very mindful not stressful or making me confused, out of any other employee or store phone repair i highly recommend going to the CPR at the santa fe mall , it was by far the best experience and customer service i've ever received . read more

Took an iPhone in for a screen repair, and at the time of service the phone was fully functional. The repair was done in the 30 minutes promised, however, the phone returned to us was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge past 2%. The shop declared it unsalvageable and suggested that the battery died due to some negligence on our part. (???). Something clearly went very wrong during the service and we now have to replace the entire phone over this. Refused to refund and wished us luck. read more

I first met Levi on Wednesday, April 3rd. When I walked into the store, he was helping another customer but took the time to greet me in a friendly manner and inform me he'd help me as soon as possible. As I waited, I observed Levi providing exquisite customer service to the senior he was assisting. I even overheard her overtures of appreciation and gratitude for Levi. When it came my turn, Levi was extremely professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. The level of customer service that he provides is absolutely rare in this state and he deserves all the recognition and accolades possible. My phone is now working 100% and I would *highly* recommend going in and speaking with him for any of your tech needs. read more

Levi fixed my phone almost instantly and didn't even charge me!

Do not use these people. They are rude when you go in and are still rude when you make a purchase. The battery for my cell phone wasn't in stock and so they ordered it. "It will be here Wed at the latest," Brendan told me. Well, it's not Wednesday any more and the battery isn't here either, they don't know where it is, and they won't give me a refund. Supposedly when you pay beforehand--as they require--you have somehow agreed that they don't have to refund your money. Nice trick--never heard that one before. read more

AVOID. I paid for an Apple factory screen. Unless you plan on only buying an ultra cheap third party screen from these people, I recommend having your work done by Best Buy or the Apple store in ABQ. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

I prepaid because I wasn't sure I had the money in my account. They replaced my battery and found it wasn't the battery. The person helping me told me I could get a refund. when I called asking about that they said they do not offer refunds and insisted that their battery that they had was bad. they said they ordered a new battery and told me to come in and try it again. I do not live in santa Fe and it's extremely out of my way to come here. I was told on the phone that even If replacing The battery wasn't the issue they would give me something of equal value of pay. I came and replaced the battery as they recommended and that didn't solve the problem. As I warned them. Then after discovering who I was, they told the other employe there that I could not get anything of equal value. So I lost $109 and drove all the way to town for nothing twice. I'm very upset I was told on the phone that even if it's not the battery I could get something of equal value and now that I drove into town and spent 5hrs waiting they told me they won't do anything for me. I missed getting together with my father because of this and wasted alot of gas and my one day off. It wouldn't have killed them to help me out. read more

I was desparate. Apple said my photos were lost. Day before Thanksgiving my phone dropped in the toilet. I replaced my screen with an Amazon screen. Had I known how GREAT this store was I would have gone there first. Amazon screen did not work, Apple told me I had to update. Tried this and phone was unable to update. A restore was my only option and I would have lost everything, 8,000 photos. Of which were photos of my grandmother who has since past. I was almost in tears when I arrived at CPR. They were my last hope. Had I known they were the ones who could fixed this all along, this would have been my first stop. I'm so sorry I have no ones name, but they not only retrieved all 8,000 photos but the got my phone working. No words can express how appreciative I am. They only charged me $30 and saved my whole world. Anyone who thinks this store cannot help is crazy. IF YOU NEED YOUR PHONE FIXED GO HERE FIRST!!!! They work miracles and do not make you feel like an idiot. I want them to know and Santa Fe to know how happy they have made this iPhone user, that thought all was lost. Also, there prices are extremely nice in these hard times. No taking advantage like other companies are doing. read more

Be careful about replacing your broken iphone screen here. I signed a release to the effect that if anything went wrong they weren't responsible. I paid close to $100 to get the screen replaced. My phone worked when I left the kiosk but the next day my phone was dead and would not recharge. Battery replacement didn't work. Had to get a replacement phone from the iphone store in ABQ. Only use iphone to replace your screen. Apparently they have to do some resets to make the process work. This trip cost me $400 instead of the $129 at apple to replace the screen. Pennywise and pound foolish! read more
