    On September 12th I attended a lung function test at the St Albert location. During the test I was…read morestruggling to breath and follow the instructions given by the technician Sacamnax (spelling). I was becoming frustrated with my inability to complete the test. At NO TIME was I rude or abusive. I left the office and considered the test complete. A follow on test for asthma was booked by the specialist for Tuesday the 2nd of December. Today the 1st of December I received a call informing myself that due to a "complaint" dated the 12th of September my appointment had been cancelled. This complaint alleged that I was rude and abusive to the technician. In a conversation with the receptionist I requested that the clinic manager (Taniny) call me immediately to discuss the allegation. I received the call back shortly after. My two points were, why was I not personally informed of said allegation back in September? The response was a letter had been sent o the referring specialist. This is UNACCEPTABLE when allegations of this kind are made. The specialist did NOT inform me that such a complaint had been made. The second issue is that I have no recourse to redress said complaint. The third thing is that why wait till the EVENING prior to the appointment to call me and inform me that the appointment had been cancelled. The above reeks of incompetence on the part of the company and clinic manager. Frustration DOES NOT equate to rudeness nor abusive behavior. I will be pursuing this matter further.
