I called and informed them and they said "no problem, bring it in when you're back from your holiday". Upon return I was told there's nothing we can do as it's passed the 30 day point. Are you kidding me? It was clearly defective parts as the pull tabs snapped when I went to close the zipper and would crumble in my hands. The professionalism (or lack thereof), attitude and tone of the manager was absolutely awful. I'd look elsewhere for both a repair you can trust and service you can count on.

I'm not exactly sure if I like Biagio Luggage or not…read more Half of the luggage selection is quite tacky as far as traveling luggage goes. A lot of the pieces of luggage have the most obnoxious designs I've ever seen. At least no one at the baggage claim will take your suitcase by mistake since it will completely stand out. On the other hand, the store has a lot of good deals, which balances the equation out. That's why I'm giving the store a three-star review.

As far as luggage stores go, Biagio wouldn't be my first choice…read more I found that most of the luggage was geared towards women, they did have a few items for men and some golf bags as well. Other than that I didn't see much. Most of the luggage had weird designs or characters on it that seemed rather childish, like bags with Betty Boop on them. I wasn't too sure who this luggage was designed for. Overall it was kind of cheesy and there are much better luggage stores.

This store is a rip off, I bought an item even that it wasn't the style that I was looking for I…read moregot it anyway. In Canada you can return an Item in 99% of the stores if merchandise bough hasn't been used and has the tags. But this store doesn't. They don't tell you when you are buying or paying but soon you come back they say that the receipt does say. I would not recommend this store. There are other stores with better service and you can return it if you fine something else.

I experienced very poor customer service from a lady that works there who claims to be the manager…read more The lady said that her name is Christine. I was simply inquiring about the carry-on luggage, discount prices, and package deals. While I was asking her questions, she was giving me a lot of attitude by constantly sighing, rolling her eyes, and having a very negative tone in her voice. She seemed like she had no willingness to help at all and made it seem like I was bothering her by asking questions. I finally asked her about the discount if I get both the carry-on luggage and the large luggage, and she proceeded to raise her voice and give me attitude while speaking to me. She acted as if I should know all of this information already. I got very upset and asked to speak to the manager. When she told me that she was the manager, I asked to speak to the supervisor. She stated that she was not going to call the supervisor. I then asked for the supervisor's name and phone number, so that I could make a complaint but she refused to give me that information with no reason. Finally, I noticed that she treated me with prejudice as a brown person. When I walked into the store and greeted her, she seemed like she didn't care and went back to her own business. However, when some white people walked into the store right after me, she was happy to greet them and ready to help. Overall, she was incredibly unprofessional. I have sent a complaint to onlineservice@shopbentley.com in order to start an investigation into this matter.

Okay, so a place that sells luggage, purses, wallets and gloves right? I would think it would…read moreappeal to me more because I love all those things and somehow, Bentley falls flat. I think the main thing is that the prices are not the greatest. I was shopping for luggage this past summer and went here for a peak. The prices were so high and I couldn't fathom spending that much on something I would only use a couple times a year. I ended up going to Zellers, and truth be told, the selection was just as good and the prices were much better. The staff at Bentley do not seem very enthused by their jobs, or the fact that they are even working. It is a good thing I didn't need help when I was looking, because they would not have provided much.

I stumbled across this store when I was looking for a new umbrella. I didn't think they had one, but to my surprise there were a bunch of umbrellas sitting right there...for only $5! These were pretty decent, although somewhat small umbrellas, so for $5 I wasn't complaining. They have a whole bunch of magic accessories if that's what your looking for. Juggling scarves, gags, that kind of thing. So if you're in South Edmonton and need a magic store, I guess this is your place. Everything was very cheap, too.

They sell such a random assortment of things like brooms, umbrellas, carpets, pictures, magic accessories. It really made no sense. The store is not a store you crave to go to but it is something you can browse around if you stumble onto it and then you might find something neat. As I was leaving I realized it must be called Mad Hatter's superstore because it is thrown together in a rather crazy way like the character.

Bon Voyage is a luggage shop right next to Entrance 48 of the West Edmonton Mall…read more I was hoping this place would be better than the likes of Bentley and Access, but sadly it wasn't. Lots of the luggage they sell here is quite tacky...like the ugly Camp Rock or Brazilian flag items they just HAVE to display on the store front. They don't carry a lot of the more luxurious luggage brands like other stores do. If you're looking for something much cheaper, then this might be the place for you. The only positive is that they have frequent sales.

All the staff are very nice and embody what it means to make the customer feel like a welcomed guest versus someone to try and push a sale on. I came in to look at a rack of their hobo bags and the lady at the counter stopped what she was doing right away and came over to say hi. The selection here seemed fairly decent considering the size of the store. There is definitely a higher concentration on luggage but they also have bags, wallets, and gloves. I felt like the prices are pretty competitive with Bentley's which is also found in this mall and when they do a sale here they do it right and take a percentage off regardless of whether you are buying one item or ten. None of this BOGO buy one get a percentage off the second one nonsense. This is a great family operated business and I hope they continue on for years to come whether it be in this mall or in a place that actually appreciates the value of small independent business.
