We went to look at Briggs & Riley suitcases on Friday November 17th at Luggage Unlimited at West Edmonton mall, Amir told us that Briggs & Riley was never ever on promotion like Louis Vuitton brand. Therefore we decided to buy close to 4000$ of suitcases from them. We woke up the next morning Saturday November 18th to find out that if we had waited 1 day we would have saved close to 800$ if we would have bought it from Amazon. On top of this Briggs & Riley has a 30% off promo today (November 22nd)on line. We have tried to talk to the manager Amir a few times and he basically told us that we should have done our home work. WOW We also confirmed with Briggs & Riley that the suitcases on Amazon were the exact same models as the one they sold us. We didn't even ask him for a credit we simply ask for a reduction on two other bags my wife was looking at. He simply refused to do any accommodation at all. Do yourself a favor and do your home work LOL but don't buy from them.

I called and informed them and they said "no problem, bring it in when you're back from your holiday". Upon return I was told there's nothing we can do as it's passed the 30 day point. Are you kidding me? It was clearly defective parts as the pull tabs snapped when I went to close the zipper and would crumble in my hands. The professionalism (or lack thereof), attitude and tone of the manager was absolutely awful. I'd look elsewhere for both a repair you can trust and service you can count on.

A lot of the pieces of luggage have the most obnoxious designs I've ever seen. At least no one at the baggage claim will take your suitcase by mistake since it will completely stand out. On the other hand, the store has a lot of good deals, which balances the equation out. That's why I'm giving the store a three-star review.

I experienced very poor customer service from a lady that works there who claims to be the manager…read more The lady said that her name is Christine. I was simply inquiring about the carry-on luggage, discount prices, and package deals. While I was asking her questions, she was giving me a lot of attitude by constantly sighing, rolling her eyes, and having a very negative tone in her voice. She seemed like she had no willingness to help at all and made it seem like I was bothering her by asking questions. I finally asked her about the discount if I get both the carry-on luggage and the large luggage, and she proceeded to raise her voice and give me attitude while speaking to me. She acted as if I should know all of this information already. I got very upset and asked to speak to the manager. When she told me that she was the manager, I asked to speak to the supervisor. She stated that she was not going to call the supervisor. I then asked for the supervisor's name and phone number, so that I could make a complaint but she refused to give me that information with no reason. Finally, I noticed that she treated me with prejudice as a brown person. When I walked into the store and greeted her, she seemed like she didn't care and went back to her own business. However, when some white people walked into the store right after me, she was happy to greet them and ready to help. Overall, she was incredibly unprofessional. I have sent a complaint to onlineservice@shopbentley.com in order to start an investigation into this matter.

I think the main thing is that the prices are not the greatest. I was shopping for luggage this past summer and went here for a peak. The prices were so high and I couldn't fathom spending that much on something I would only use a couple times a year. I ended up going to Zellers, and truth be told, the selection was just as good and the prices were much better. The staff at Bentley do not seem very enthused by their jobs, or the fact that they are even working. The store is not a store you crave to go to but it is something you can browse around if you stumble onto it and then you might find something neat. As I was leaving I realized it must be called Mad Hatter's superstore because it is thrown together in a rather crazy way like the character.

Juggling scarves, gags, that kind of thing. So if you're in South Edmonton and need a magic store, I guess this is your place. Everything was very cheap, too.

All the staff are very nice and embody what it means to make the customer feel like a welcomed guest versus someone to try and push a sale on. I came in to look at a rack of their hobo bags and the lady at the counter stopped what she was doing right away and came over to say hi. The selection here seemed fairly decent considering the size of the store. There is definitely a higher concentration on luggage but they also have bags,wallets,and gloves. I felt like the prices are pretty competitive with Bentley's which is also found in this mall and when they do a sale here they do it right and take a percentage off regardless of whether you are buying one item or ten. None of this BOGO buy one get a percentage off the second one nonsense. This is a great family operated business and I hope they continue on for years to come whether it be in this mall or in a place that actually appreciates the value of small independent business.
