These people should be ashamed of the work they do and refuse to fix the work they don't do properly.
I as given a quote for four new tires and told that if I dropped the wheels off on Friday morning, they would be done before closing that same day. I dropped the wheels off before 9AM and heard nothing until almost 4PM. I was told over the phone that the tiers should have been at the shop by noon but unfortunately the order was placed incorrectly and the tires would not arrive that day. so my truck sat on blocks all weekend. I call Monday to confirm that work would be done hoping they would be able to give me an approximate time..... I was told they would be done before they close at 5PM. I got the call at 430PM Monday that my new tires had been mounted balanced and were ready to pick up.

I went into Edmonton the next day (Tuesday) and a friend pointed out that the front passenger tire looked low. I could not believe my luck, how could I have a flat in new tires so fast.... just my luck. I filled the tire and got home with out concern. must been a slow leek.

I went out Wednesday at 9AM to inspect the tire and see if it had a nail in it or something..... I found nothing. so I took looked at the valve stem..... it looked old ...... so I checked it with some soapy water...... and I found the leak. I checked the other three tires one was really low...... so I check all the valve stems with soapy water..... three of them were leaking air.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called the shop at approximately 10AM and asked if the valve stems were replaced with then the tires were swopped and mounted (which is industry standard at any reputable shop). The answer I got was, "did you ask to have the valve stems replaced?". no I did not and I should not have to ask for that, it is industry standard to replace the stems when you replace the tires, it takes 2 seconds and cost $2.00 to the customer. so now I'm upset. I was told i could bring the truck in for 10:45Am that day and they would do 2 of the stem but that even that would be hard for them because they are so busy. I got in my truck and headed to the shop , but on the drive i called a few REPUTABLE SHOPS like TIRE CRAFT and KAL TIRE. i was told that replacing the valve stem was an industry standard practice and not something I should have to ask for..... as I suspected. I arrived at the shop at 1022AM and told the lady at the desk i had four new stems that needed to be replaced "NOW". she said she couldn't do that and I repeated my self.... "I have three leaking stems and I need them all done ASAP, i have a meeting at work coming up and this is something that should have done when the tires were mounted". she just walked away and a min later this man came out looking like I have insulted someone. He stood behind the desk and looked like he was going to intimidate me or something. I explained to him that i had spoken to other shops on way there, and that it was industry standard, that I should not have to ask to have the stems replaced and that I wanted all four done ASAP. I would not take no for an answer. after a few mins of him trying to tell me, it was my fault and that they were to bust to do 30 mins work, and after I refused to be lied and spoken down to I was told to leave. which I did and I will never return.
