Jonathan handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. One of the things that really sets Jonathan apart is his ability to understand a customer's vision and turn it into reality. He is genuinely willing to take on challenges and explore solutions that may be outside the typical scope of landscape construction. Rather than steering customers toward what is easiest or most familiar, Jonathan takes the time to understand what they want and works hard to figure out how to make it happen. That willingness to go beyond his comfort zone in order to deliver what the customer envisions is something we really appreciated. Despite the size and complexity of the job, he completed the project on time and within budget, which is something that is increasingly hard to find in landscape construction. We set an appt for Sunday, I was already impressed! Sunday no one showed at our appt time, so I sent a text. He claimed that he thought the appt was the day before, either way, I was home all day, no one called or texted. He said he tried, but neither went through. I gave him another chance, we set a time for Monday, the next day. At 1:20pm I got a text confirming he would be there at 3pm. No one showed. He never answered the phone or returned my text to see if everything was ok. I sent a long text the next day, no response at all. This is low bar for professionalism. He doesn't show up, can't return a call or text, why even bother. So very disappointed!

We used this landscaping company for many years. In the last couple years we noticed the service…read morewas starting to go downhill. The plants were not trimmed and if they were it was a rush job and looked terrible. The sprinklers were not checked to make sure they're working and they obviously weren't because the grass got dry and brown. The landscapers walked on our bark and broke bark in our yard after being asked not to. We cancelled our service and asked for a month's refund as we had paid ahead. After 2 months after several requests we still have not received our refund. It makes me sad the service went downhill. We have hired a new landscape service and are happy with the work they are doing. I do not recommend hiring this company.
