The Brisket Birria Sandwich at Ripple & Company consists of smoked brisket, white cheddar, red onions and cilantro, all melted and pressed between a roll, and served with birria consomme. Guacamole was fresh and delicious! Ordered the Kelly taco (my favorite), the Adam (pickled onions made it), & the Matt (loved the chipotle tomato sauce).
