Folks at Dream Floors Inc. are honest hardworking professionals with superior craftsmanship!…read more We moved in to our new home two weeks ago, and the first thing we did was to replace carpet to hardwood on the upper level. We collected contractor recommendations from friends, read reviews online and compared quotes from three different contractors. Dream Floors Inc.'s offer was the most competitive, so we chose them. And we re happy that we did! Lee, the owner of Dream Floors Inc., together with his two colleagues removed the carpet, eliminated screeching from the floors, and installed the hardwood seamlessly. They also replaced our staircases and railings with hardwood, matching the stain with our choice of the new floor boards. It all took two full days of hard work for the three of them. The result is a healthy environment and great quality floors which contrasts beautifully with the new color of the walls in our new home. I highly recommend Dream Floors Inc!

They informed me a time range and showed up on time everyday. We had three stories' floor including two sets of stairs to finish in the newly purchased house. After communication, Mr.Lee understood our urgent needs, soon arranged the installation the week after and finished the project one day early. After the project complete, we found one nail pushed up few days later (could be because of high and humid weather), he even came back on holiday to check and fix it! What a terrific team that l'm happy to recommend to all my family and friends!

The movers arrived on time- a bit early actually - and were thoroughly prepared to handle contingencies such as removing/replacing stairway banisters to move overly large pieces from floor to floor. Finally, this company is very affordable. It was not the cheapest estimate I received but it was less than most and in the end, you get what you pay for. Hiring movers can be tricky. I heartily recommend this company to anyone in the Washington DC area and would use them again.

Extremely happy with my decision in hiring Floors USA to renovate my kitchen!…read more Renovating my kitchen was something I had thought about since we bought our house 15 years ago. But with many other smaller projects the kitchen was always put on the back burner. The other reason I was not ready to sign on the dotted line, was finding the right company to put my trust into completing this big expense. After doing my homework for months and meeting with several contractors , I decided to hire Floors USA Inc! They were honest and upfront with providing me pricing and worked with me on staying within budget. They were knowledgable and provided great suggestions in order to meet my needs. I could not be happier with the overall experience! Now my kitchen has the "wow factor" and I am sure has added a great value to my house!

Happy with the job and pricing. We used them again about 5 months ago. Installed floors on two levels and completely new wood stairs. The floor installations were good. The stairs didn't work out so well. After 3 weeks the shine from the stain (3 coats we were told) disappeared. We called a few times to ask to fix it. But the salesman kept trying to convince me that the shine can't be compared to the floors because they apply more coats at the factory. I said that I'm not comparing them. The shine on the steps just faded. He didn't want to hear it, kept going back to the comparison which was bizarre. In the the end playing ignorant worked because we just gave up trying to deal with them. He then promised my wife to find a solution but never called back. By then we had made our final payment. The new steps also creak and occasionally make a loud noise when you walk down the stairs. If you use this company just do something simple and basic. Otherwise you'll get a situation like mine and the above reviewer. They outsource their installations to third party contractors so it's hit or miss. Not sure how they are selected.
