After speaking with Scarlett on the phone briefly and looking at a slew of reviews I immediately felt confident that Bit A Bliss was the cleaning service for us. After having a new baby in the home for a year things start to slip through the cracks. With baby two just two weeks away we feel MUCH better about the cleanliness of our home and it FEELS AMAZING. I consider us to be pretty clean people but you realize what a wonderful job was done IMMEDIATELY when you walk in the door. Baby two can lick the floors if she wants at this point. Not really, but close.... THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! We'll be customers for a long time!

Each team was very respectful of our request to save vacuuming for last as my husband had a phone interview during their scheduled time, in order to not make much background noise. It made such a huge difference as it had been overwhelming for me; she came in and & helped me organize my closet, living room. She has often surprised me and once re-organized my linen close & I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it to get a towel! Another time, it was after I started working from home & I had been on vacation when she came to clean - I was working & looked out my window and suddenly noticed that my balcony had been totally redecorated- my patio furniture, planters & outdoor accessories had been moved around & placed perfectly & it was a beautiful surprise! Maria is excellent at what she does - she takes care of cleaning & finds ways to organize & make your life easier, you feel happy and at peace after your apartment has been cleaned. Today for example, Maria came & cleaned my carpet and took the time to make sure stains were treated and it has never looked better. I have pets & I am not a fan of carpet - but I have it and it looks fabulous - better than any of the carpet cleaning cleaners my apartments building has provided in the past when I've renewed my lease. I am in such aa great mood right now with a freshly cleaned apartment and super clean carpet! I highly recommend All Pure Clean.

We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace
