I feel that the house we rented is cursed because in two years there have been 3 leaks, the hvac system broke down, and the garage door broke. Blue has been rude and horrendous to speak with. We lived with 90F+ heat inside the home for a month last summer. There are exposed walls in the garage and my son's room. Blue only tried to find a solution 6 months after constant complaining that I wanted it repaired. She hired a sketchy guy to come but when I asked for someone else she said I didn't get to decide who can do it and that she called around a lot of places to get this guy. Really Blue he's the only guy in southern California who can repair a tiny crack in a tub?! She's just awful and we're looking for a new place now because I'm sure they will raise the rent and continue with the poor service and even worse attitude. Good luck to the next person who rents this home.

my experience with this company was absolutely horrible!…read morefirst of all to survey a property isn't the cheapest investment so you'd expect the service to be half way descent. This company took several hours to respond back to me to schedule appointment, that alone should have been a red flag but I still gave them another opportunity. Appointment time frame was 7:00am-7:30am, when he hadn't arrived by 8:30am I called them to see if he was late, they gave me BS that he was at the county getting info on my property. Then stated he'd arrive by 12:30-1:30pm again DID NOT SHOW! (keep in mind they already had my $1,500.00 deposit) Basically this went on all day didn't show up until 4:30 pm and the man that showed up had no idea what he was there for instead wanted to chat about his kids instead of getting the job done! I contacted there office and told them to just have him leave my property. waiting 9 hours is ridiculous. save your money and time stay away from this company!! unprofessional and unreliable, how people run there business like this is insane!

She never follows up. She doesn't respond and she can't even give you a simple update. The maintenance broke my lights and didn't replace them. They taped them and said they and they still don't I've been asking for reimbursement for five months now they did a crap job at repairing a patio it took them four times to fix a leaky sink. There's no water hose in the backyard so I can't do anything back there. They said they were gonna replace that but that's almost been a year. There's a found on top of the hanging by one screw and it's about ready to fall off. That's been about three months since I asked that to be repaired and they've had sent two different times someone to look at it, but not repair maintenance new someone that is attentive to their attendance and can respond in a timely manner like I said my garage is falling this happened this past Saturday and I have not had an update since then when able to I will be moving out of this place and never going through Pro Management ever again they are absolutely the worst at keeping properties up-to-date.
