The first said in writing that they could/would do it for $6650. The second said in writing that they could/would do it for $5275, with Title 24 calculations included in that one (but not the others). In contrast, C&F told me over the phone that the proposal would START at $12,000 and go up from there. Same project, same design parameters, same scope of work, but more than twice what others were charging.
