Chicken Fajitas Coyote
Cindy H.

Such a fabulous find, we were here probably 10 years ago and this trip I tried to find the restaurant I remembered going to, a fabulous Mexican place and thought it was over the boarder in NY but was happy to find it right here close by. We had a great meal then and had a great dinner now. Such a delectable take on what we think of as Mexican food here in the US. Probably much more authentic than what we're used to and oh so delicious. Three of us had the amazing fajitas and one a burrito. Everyone was very happy and took home some for the next day. Thanks for staying as delicious as I remember. Nice touch with white tablecloths and authentic glassware for the yummy margaritas. Service was also impeccable!! See you next time.

Honestly I can't believe I haven't reviewed this absolutely fantastic establishment yet- I'm just embarrassed. Best restaurant in the area. And we live in Bennington which is really a food desert so we drive 25 minutes just to come here. Where to start? Let me tell you - I always used to get the chicken enchiladas, which are rich and delicious, and because this is Mexican fusion, there is a depth and robustness to the flavor that's indescribably delicious to accurately capture in this text box, but must be experienced in person. When I went vegetarian I thought to myself, "Great - now I can't have Mexican / Coyote Flaco anymore because the cuisine wont be as good." Au contraire. Sophia and Vanessa, the beautiful, charismatic and consummately knowledgeable proprietors recommended the vegetable enchiladas tonight. And well, I took the risk. It paid off. I have never in my life - and this is not the effervescent and uniquely palatable spicy margarita I drank speaking - had a more delicious enchilada, memorably. The vegetables in it were perfectly marinated, the selection thoughtful, satisfying, and perfectly paired with mole sauce-- best meal I've had in years. Maybe best Mexican ever. Seriously. This should have a James beard award. To boot, the salsa and the guacamole is absolutely the freshest most delightful in the area; but if you're craving dessert, the tres leches is perfect - creamy, decadent, not too heavy. From someone who will travel far and wide for a good meal, the buck stops here. Consistent, fresh, thoughtful, and memorable - from food to experience - I cannot recommend Coyote Flaco enough. Best restaurant for miles. Try all the things I mentioned above and if you don't like it I'll pay for your meal or call the food police because you're simply mistaken.

Fresh gazpacho with complex flavors and wonderful presentation.

I have never had a bad meal at Coyote Flaco. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and I keep coming back. Frankly, it is my go to place in the Berkshires when I want to be sure the food and ambiance are good. My recommendation is that you always look at the specials. I have been told that most people order the Mexican, which is quite good, but the spectacular food choices are the specials. Why? Because these tend to be from the owners home country where he loves the food. You will not be disappointed.

Outdoor seating next to river, jus lovely.

This place was a 4.5 star for me. A solid Mexican restaurant with really interesting specials, well balanced with flavor and clearly using quality ingredients. The outdoor dining was nestled by a babbling broom which was just lovely on a Saturday evening. Staff was very friendly and on their game despite being very busy. The highlights were the mole sauce on the chicken enchiladas and the tamale. The 4 (verses 5 star) rating is due to a lack of spice even in their hot sauce. While the main dishes were very good, the salsa was a bit too mild for me. This however could be playing for local taste. And they couldn't make any virgin drinks, no virgin margarita or mojitos. They were very apologetic, not rude about it but it was a little odd. Perhaps just all pre mixed. Would happily stop by again when in the area to see what special they have and to get more of th

Ok starting with I grew up in Los Angeles and now live in Dallas so I consider myself an expert on Mexican food. So to say I was not expecting much with a Mexican restaurant in Williamstown Mass . Boy was I surprised the guacamole was about the best I have ever had and was served with all the meals we got a really good start . We had chili relleno And beef burrito both excellent and I mean EXCELLENT we added a pork tamale . The tamales were smothered in a fantastic chili verde sauce and was really good . One of the highlights is they make there own tortillas and you could tell soft stretches and super good taste the only caveat was the lack of spice but the waitress told us the local clientele could not take the heat and brought us some from under the counter chili that took care of that ...I have to say I will be back next time Im in Williamstown

WHAT A JOY Everything about this place is delightful. The food is made with fresh ingredients, the flavors are spectacular. I could order anything off the menu and be happy. For desserts I cannot stress enough how much you NEED to get the Tres Leches cake. It's so insanely good! Also got a pitcher of jalapeños Margaritas for three people. There was enough for two glasses each if not more. I don't even enjoy jalapeños and I was sucking it down like juice it was so tasty. They do not skimp on that. Love it here and would recommend it to everyone I know

Great Mexican food. Outdoor dining is lovely, overlooking a stream. Indoor is okay. The service was good.

Migration Taco - Fried avocado and Buffalo tacos. Love!

Sometimes the best tacos are made in a truck…read more If I could give an award for the best tacos in Denver, Migration would win, no contest. Their tacos are even better than my tacos, and I hold tacos to high standards. There's your everyday, throw something in a tortilla with hot sauce because you're hungry kind of tacos, and then there's the top-tier tacos that you dream about when you use the drool emoji. Migration Tacos are drool emoji worthy. My personal favorite is their fried avocado taco. Every avocado lover knows that fried avocado is the pinnacle of avocado sorcery. I also love the things they do with seitan and BBQ. The only problem with Migration is that their tacos are so filling, I can only eat one or two when I want to eat them ALL. And maybe a breakfast burrito... Migration serves brunch as well - last Sunday at Epic Brewing I had some green chili cheesy grits from Migration, and they were dreamy. I could have eaten those grits all day. I had the migas tacos (and ate one) but I was eyeing my husband's breakfast burrito. I wanted to try a bite, but I was too full of grits. Get your vegan taco fix. If you're in Denver and hungry for tacos, be sure to chase down Migration. As their name implies, location is subject to change. They're regulars at Nooch Market and Alternation Brewing, and this summer they'll be at the Highlands farmers market. Follow them on Instagram to see their weekly schedule. Because everyone needs more tacos in their life. P.S. Migration Taco uses all compostable containers and utensils, because they care about the planet. They're cool like that.

Amazing to have this truck down in Rodeo, NM off highway 80. If you're a herper (looking for reptiles/amphibs), birder, bug person, nature lover, or just a taco buff and find yourself in that area, definitely give it a shot! I had the breakfast burrito and a fried avocado taco. Mighty tasty and filling. They go to Hatch, NM, and get their chilies. The real deal here.
