We went in without an appointment and only had a wait a few minutes for what I would say is probably one of the best customer service experiences with AT&T ever!! The manager, George Rodriguez, was able to set us up with new phones and new plans, while multitasking and single-handedly managing and running the entire store on his own. Coincidentally, I had the benefit of George's assistance at the AT&T South Omaha store only a half a year ago and recall his excellent service there too! The store is neat, clean, offers of variety of products in a comfortable atmosphere. Everything offered is a solid value. Free Wi-Fi is also available while you wait. Highly recommend this store over any Apple Store experience.

The young man helped me identify that when I upgraded our company cell phones, there was an ipad that was not bundled correctly. It stemmed back over a year period and my accountant just brought it to my attention. After spending over 5 hours on the telephone with their retention department, I have not received an acceptable resolution or proper communication. I also called their Fraud line twice, leaving voicemails(goes straight to a message prompt). They indicate that they will call back in 1 business day. Never received a call back. I stopped by the Beverly Hills Plaza again today. The young lady tried to look up some of the info in question. She indicated that she did not have the means to see all the notes on the account. I had asked for a manager immediately when I walked in. After trying her best to help, she went to get her manager. I was greeted abruptly by a young lady that put her hands in her front pockets, did not introduce herself and started our conversation by saying there was nothing she could do. I asked her to call the proper department with me there, so we could try to get resolution. She repeated that there was nothing at the store level they could do. I asked if she was really the manager of the store. She abruptly asked me to leave her store and walked in the back. I thanked the young lady that tried to help me and left. I am a business owner and we have used ATT for our business cell phones for years. I truly hope this is not how you train your store managers to help your business customers or any of your ATT customers.

He spoke to everyone who walked in the store. He told us about bundled accessory deals, pros and cons to phones, and was helpful to his coworker as he multitasked. While we were waiting, he showed my Husband features in his android watch. Michael was just extremely pleasant to work with. He has and showed us the new and cool flip phone too- very tempting. Commendable customer service.
