He left. 2 hours later, found out from CHW that he reported that the water valve had to be replaced. After discussing it with CHW, I called him and left a message saying I felt I was being scammed since he said he needed to order a water valve when he knew there was one there already. Instead of calling me back and talking like an adult about it, he called me yelling and cursing at me because I had said I felt I was being scammed. When he came to my house, he said he was there to repair the dishwasher. That is great! It was my washer that was broken! As usual, he could not repair my washer...all he did was order parts. And he did not tell me how parts that he ordered. After waiting forever for the parts to arrive, I find out Eldon has made 2 appointments that he did not contact me about. He did not show up for either of these appointments. He will not answer his phone! He didn't answer his phone when the supervisors at Sears contacted him either. This guy is a joke! Don't let him anywhere near your home! He brought a complete stranger with him into my home, never introduced the stranger, said it was not his son. Who does something like this? Also...he drives an unmarked vehicle to your home. Who says he is not a child molester? My washer is still not repaired and Sears can not go forward without contact from him!
