The phone I bought wasn't even connected and didn't exist in Verizon's system, which led to a frustrating series of issues. I had to make 2 trips to the store to try to transfer my service, and the problem still wasn't resolved on the spot. This turned what should have been a simple upgrade into a prolonged time sink filled with repeated follow-ups and visits. Bottom line: If you're trying to save time, Verizon is not the place to go. Prepare for potential delays, avoid peak times if possible, and bring all relevant documentation (order number, proof of purchase, ID, transfer PINs, device IMEI). If time is critical, consider alternatives or at least have a plan for escalation to a supervisor. The fact that they sent me home with the phone that was a brick and were unable to activate it for four hours sitting on the phone wait hold and in store. Originally told me it was gonna take 24 hours to activate my phone after they already canceled my other one. Store manager didn't even have the audacity to come out and speak with me and placed blame on Corporate. But was told they've never seen this before in history of their store. But yet the manager still can't come out. Thanks Daken for your help

Never happened. I have spent HOURS on the phone resetting device etc. was sent a new box yesterday after order for new box on Feb 11 was cancelled for unknown reason. I'm 1 year into a 3 year contract. Very poor service. Very unhappy customer service. Store rep was very happy to sell the service but when I went back with service issues I was pretty much ignored and told to call 611. I hate the Verizon service. I totally expect an account credit for no service. Can't wait to find a new carrier.

The (3) people that were there at 5:29pm on 9/30/17 acted as if I was bothering them when I came in. The girl (attempting) to help me was completely clueless!!!! She asked me questions that she should have known working in a position to assist in cellular devices. I mean, it was bad enough that the amazing verizon service we were accustomed to having went to absolute CRAP when we switched to unlimited! We used to have the best coverage & service; however, now we pay the highest bills of any of our friends & family to have the worst service! Really sad to see such a terrible change in a once great company! That combined with the horrible customer service is enough to run off a once loyal customer! See ya verizon.....we can get treated like crap a whole lot cheaper! I would not recommend this store or the now lousy service to anyone! The guys in the store had no customers but they sure didn't try to sell me a phone. Know what they said I should do? Go buy one at Best Buy. I told them I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to chase this down. I need the phone now, it's for work! They let me leave empty handed. This is why I would NEVER use Verizon when spending my own money. I have to use Verizon because it's where my company does business. But, I'm unimpressed. They don't need my money. Thanks for nothing Verizon. My boss ordered me another phone, because this retail location isn't trying to do anything but minding an empty store. He went the extra mile to make sure I was able to switch phones. I noticed the same caring service with other customers when I was helped by another employee. I highly recommend this store. In a time when customer service is not as helpful, this store gets the Gold Medal of service.

I went in and told them I had recently within the last few years gotten 100% disability with the VA, they said they needed a document filled out and I told them I would gladly fill it out. He then asked why I do not have the document yet and I told them it takes months at times, but I showed them my award letter on email and he complained he had to go ask if it was good enough. I told him if it wasn't I would have to wait until I get the official form because legally, I should not be taxed. He then went to talk to a manager, she came out claiming the man had told her I was threating to sue her, I told her what actually happened, and told her to fire this man at once for lying, I also showed her that I was audio taping the conversation for my records for pricing. They then claimed it may have been a misunderstanding but since a lawsuit was suspected I would have to leave. They then threatened to call the police, they hate veterans, they refuse to honor tax expect and force you to leave when you ask for me. I will be canceling all services from them, I will also be telling the world of what they have done until I see the employee who falsely accused me of saying I was suing, he was simply going to see if the award letter was acceptable enough to fill the form out. He then lies and twisted the story. I have never been treated so badly because I am a vet as I was today, I will be going to the police for harassment charges on the man, and I will be pushing for his release as well as gathering witness statements of them awkwardly claiming I threatened to sue them in order to avoid me fill out the 100% disability document. Now I do not even feel comfortable doing business with ATT
