Wouldn't recommendany Cox productg to anyone for any reason. You are better off with 2 tin cans and a string between them. Internet ervice goes out once a month and you to wait a half hour or more to get tech support and then you get a message "there's an outtage in your area and a tech support agent couldn't give you any more information. Bye." It's almost fund, but not. . Last time internet went out it was becasue they disconnected the sertvice at the pole to do some work and forgot to reconnect it. I think Mr. Cox goes to sleep at night because NOTHING ever works. no matter what package you have. they do not care. if it's past 9pm my WIFI will continuously cut in and out for hours. this is my first review ever, because I'm so frustrated. Id love to get a different provider but this is all my apartment complex allows. read more

Horrible in every way possible. The don't even deserve 1 star. The people at the store are beyond useless and rude. Online help sucks too. And the ecommerce website doesn't work either. It's almost like they went out of their way to be the most useless non-customer focused company on the planet. As soon as I have another option in my area I will switch companies. I came in to replace a remote and was expecting to be here for 10 to 15 minutes. Turned out to be far less than that. Young lady greeted me at the door asked me why I was here and I told her to exchange a remote. She took my remote and within a minute or two she was back out with the new one. So overall it took me less than 4 minutes to accomplish what I came here for. Customer service excellent. read more

Well, once again my Internet Service is unavailable. It's a good thing that I don't have them monitoring my home security because my home would be monitored half of the time for the same monthly rate. I don't get a credit for internet services not rendered on my monthly billing. read more

If there was an option to give this awful business 0 stars, I would be DELIGHTED to do so. I have been a customer for 30 yrs and the last few yrs have been bad!!! I have been trying to speak to a live person in regards to my trampoline being blown into the cable line that is wrapped around the trampoline. The line from the poll is down on the ground in water and is a few yards through a fence . The cable wires are intertwined all in and around the trampoline in a tree against other live wires and the cable wires are still live. I am no electrician,I am worried someone will get electrocuted or it will cause a fire. It is a few steps away from my house and other electricity lines. I have tried a numerous amount of times to let someone on their end know bc the cable is working so I assume they will not get a signal that the wire is down. I finally called the local office and spoke to a live person. Who might as well be a robot bc he said press 2 and hung up. Do u know how many times I have pressed option 2 since 6 pm last night? Thanks for the help,sir. I got a call back an hr ago. It was an automated call asking me if I wanted to pay the bill, it is not due yet and I assume I got the call bc I have called so many times . On Thanksgiving, they cut cable coming to my house bc they said my line was causing issues to other customers. SO I had no cable or internet for 4 days until it was fixed. A week later another worker did the same thing to us. I was reimbursed 4 dollars. I am gonna pay this bill coming up and I will be canceling service, this is ridiculous . I know me canceling service won't affect them in any kind of way, but I don't need the headache. I would say that this is absolutely the worst company ever. Customer Service is non existent. Services are horrible. Trying to get help in any shape or manner is nearly impossible. It's a monopoly to have to use their services hence it's the only service available. Thankful today is my last day for services if I can actually get a representative on the phone 4 reps have already hung up on me while trying to call in. Good Lordy. read more

I canceled my cable service and upgraded my internet. I returned all of the equipment and got a receipt, which I kept. My bill went to over $700. So I called and was assured that the excess amount would "fall off" after 72 hours. Three weeks later, it was still there. Not only did I have to scan and send the proof that I returned it, but was asked to go to the store and fill out a form. The store is far from where I live, and I demanded they credit me. The "customer service" rep finally relented and agreed to do it on his end...which he could have done all along. So far, the internet service I get through them is good. But there is no "valued customer." They want the customer to do their work for them and they want customers to pay for equipment they have returned. Beware! This company will screw you if they can. read more

I wish I didn't have to pick a star because they deserve 0. I called in April and I was told that it would be a day or two before I could get service. 2 months later I still don't have service. Everyone in the store is absolutely clueless and just say that the people I need to talk to are gone. I called and visited the store at least 10 times and no one ever knows anything about what's taking so long. The first time I called they put in a request for service but nothing ever came of it. After calling a few more times to find out what was going on, I was told that my info wasn't even in the system. These people are completely incompetent and cox should be avoided at all cost. Direct tv is much easier to deal with; too bad I can't get Internet through anyone but cox because of my location. read more

Wow! I'm not sure why the other reviewer had such a problem. Every time I go, I receive EXCELLENT service. Efficient, courteous, informed. If there is a new trainee, I try to be just as helpful to them by being patient. I cannot think of any instance where I was disappointed by the service at this location. I think they are great! read more
