Avoid Lafayette Custom Automotive…read more I confirmed multiple times that I was ordering a hidden hitch for my Porsche Cayenne. When I picked up my car, they had installed a large, visible hitch (chipped and rusted) and cut my bumper without my knowledge or consent. I later found out the front desk employee changed the order on her own to "save me money"--something I never approved. They eventually installed the correct hitch, but the damage was already done. My bumper now has a large, unnecessary cut that will cost me around $1,000 to repair. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to tell me the bumper would have needed to be cut anyway--which is misleading. It would not have been cut where they made the visible damage; that only happened because they installed the wrong hitch. Despite all of this being their mistake, they still made me pay half of the $200 overnight shipping to fix it. Unacceptable workmanship, poor communication, and zero accountability.

3 weeks ago I had b and m remove some oracle underglow led lights and install 8 oracle rock lights…read more From the get go they shorted out the oracle leds and even though they used their flashtech controllers they cut and destroyed the oracle controllers. I did a rma with oracle to replace 1 rock light and they sent me a 4 piece. B and m shorted out more less and pretty much said oracle lights or too powerful but then they also said oracle lights are trash. I am here now at oracle in Metairie and I am having to pay for new rock lights and new controllers that were damaged by b and m. Save yourself a lot of headache and money and don't do busy with b and m. Update, I am being charged $783.55 more at Oracle because B and M cut all the connectors off of all my oracle products and the bc1 controllers so all the controllers have to be replaced and labor to get everything back to the way it was(half-ass job from b and m). I don't see how b and m can still be open and doing this poor quality work.

I called Anthony and he scheduled a quick window tinting at my place of employment. He left spare tint in my car and he left me with a horrible tint job. When he was contacted after the 7 day waiting period he refused my calls, called me racist things, and accused me of being a child sexual predator. This was reported on Facebook and he verbally assaulted a numerous amount of others as well. He is not to be trusted with your vehicles.

I know people personally, who have gotten window tint done by him and state they had received scratches on their window that weren't their prior and found items missing out of their vehicle. The tint on the back glass of our truck that we had done by him was cut out terribly. Our two side windows had a few small bubbles but nothing unbearable so I didn't see the need to contact him about it. Please do yourself a favor and look around for places that do tint. There are many reliable places in lafayette. Also the owner took to my facebook page following a comment that I had posted about my opinion on his shop (in no way was my comment rude, it's basically what I've posted above).
