Additional glue was found on the windshield wipers, on the surface of the windshield, the paint surrounding the windshield, and the plastic trim accordingly. They were more expensive than safelite by 120 bucks but I thought I'd receive a better experience because they were a family owned business. Luckily with rubbing alcohol everything except the fabric cleaned off okay.

The repair costed me $350 and the owner BLAINE refused to pay for the damages. I spoke with him twice within two hours and he offered me $100 which wouldn't even cover the amount of coolant which is 6 gallons that needed to be replaced. The shop labor and the part alone is over $200. This guy told me he had to ask his manager what to do even though he was the owner. He argued with me about how the cost of repair is too high even though I offered to provide receipts. Needless to say I'm out of $350. First and last time customer. Anyone reading this have been warned. Negative 1 star

Every person who has sat in the truck has immediately noticed the one on the drivers side and complained. So far we are on hour 76 with no refund. I also called today and when I asked what would have happened had I not had the cash to cover it, they said they would have removed the windshield of sent it to collections! Good luck if you decide to use this company. EDIT: It has now been over 120 hours and they still have not refunded my money. Well the technician didn't arrive until 3p. The technician mentioned telling Elliot he couldn't perform the job before 3p. It was actually his day off and he was fishing.
