Tan interior was stained in multiple places with the windshield glue to include the arm rest, drivers seat, a-pillar trim fabric. Additional glue was found on the windshield wipers, on the surface of the windshield, the paint surrounding the windshield, and the plastic trim accordingly. They were more expensive than safelite by 120 bucks but I thought I'd receive a better experience because they were a family owned business. Luckily with rubbing alcohol everything except the fabric cleaned off okay.

I had a windshield…read morereplaced by Blaine himself this morning on a semi truck and in the process of him doing so the guy climbed up onside of the engine and broke off a coolant line. The repair costed me $350 and the owner BLAINE refused to pay for the damages. I spoke with him twice within two hours and he offered me $100 which wouldn't even cover the amount of coolant which is 6 gallons that needed to be replaced. The shop labor and the part alone is over $200. This guy told me he had to ask his manager what to do even though he was the owner. He argued with me about how the cost of repair is too high even though I offered to provide receipts. Needless to say I'm out of $350. First and last time customer. Anyone reading this have been warned. Negative 1 star

The two guys working for him were super nice, and seemed genuinely respectful and polite, but the owner is a terrible man, refuses to own up to his own mistakes, and leaves businesses hanging. The guy came and installed my windshield with no hiccups. The windshield that they replaced mine with was great quality and looked identical to my original glass. The only problem I had was that the guy who did the install didn't seem like he liked his job, but more as just a job. I know that's not a big player as it doesn't represent the entire company, but thats the only problem I had during my entire experience. I did have to call Safelite back because it seemed like the windshield was not flush with the frame, but it seems like it's just because it hasn't sat in the sun long enough. Regardless, it did not leak nor did I have any air leakage. I call that a job well done!
