To be honest, I'd have left the crack in it which started as a little starburst on my passenger side but has spread all the way to across to the driver's side and up the width of the windshield but I don't think it'd have passed inspection like that and I kinda need it to pass inspection if I don't want a big fat ticket. Tiger Automotive quoted me the best price and could see me on the same day, which both were important in my decision to come here. My insurance policy doesn't cover windshields, so this was completely out of pocket and it wasn't cheap. Gerald and his wife Cynthia made this whole process as painless as possible with their super cheerful personalities and friendly smiles. The entire process took about an hour and I enjoyed my time and conversation there more than I thought I would. The business is local and family owned and y'all know I love that. I left with a pretty new windshield that is no longer an eyesore AND a little mug filled with candy! Yay! Thank you, Gerald, Cynthia and the guys at Tiger Glass!

Normally I like to arrive fifteen minutes before appointments but I was running behind and arrived at the meeting spot right at 1p. I didn't see anyone there so I contacted Elliot to inform him I arrived and to make sure I didn't miss the technician(people are impatient these days and will drive off even after a minute.) Elliot then tells me that my 1p appointment wasn't a guarantee, that it was a suggested time. We didn't speak about suggested times. The keyword was "appointment." Well the technician didn't arrive until 3p. The technician mentioned telling Elliot he couldn't perform the job before 3p. It was actually his day off and he was fishing. I lost majority of my Saturday dealing with Abigail's Auto Glass.

The guy came and installed my windshield with no hiccups. The windshield that they replaced mine with was great quality and looked identical to my original glass. The only problem I had was that the guy who did the install didn't seem like he liked his job, but more as just a job. I know that's not a big player as it doesn't represent the entire company, but thats the only problem I had during my entire experience. I did have to call Safelite back because it seemed like the windshield was not flush with the frame, but it seems like it's just because it hasn't sat in the sun long enough. Regardless, it did not leak nor did I have any air leakage. I call that a job well done!

The repair costed me $350 and the owner BLAINE refused to pay for the damages. The shop labor and the part alone is over $200. This guy told me he had to ask his manager what to do even though he was the owner. He argued with me about how the cost of repair is too high even though I offered to provide receipts. Needless to say I'm out of $350. First and last time customer.
