I explained to him that I bought it less than 24 hours ago, and he told me it had to be returned same day. I will be getting rid of cricket wireless as soon as the month is up. Update: I am no longer a cricket customer, but I got stuck with the radio so I decided to use it. It died after an hour, and won't take a charge.
