Unless you want to deal with a horrific, raging maniac, stay far away from this horrible T-Mobile store, and drive a bit further to another store. Or, better still, seriously consider dumping T-Mobile all together. The manager at this store (Shentelle) is a nasty, surly, and spiteful person. In other words, a real piece of work with a serious personality disorder, who will make your life miserable if given the chance. Her behavior is totally unpredictable, petty, vindictive, and in fact borderline violent. If there is something about you such as a simple question you ask, a situation you want to explain that for some crazy/mysterious reason she happens to disagree with, the way you look, or something else undefined, she will threaten you with physical harm, and even go as far as to have some fake law enforcement dude follow/tail your vehicle for over 2-hours (very scary), then later call your private T-Mobile phone number illegally disclosed to him by Ms. Shentelle, represent himself as police officer 'Dalton', accuse you of crazy fictitious things, and then threaten you with arrest if you ever set foot in any T-Mobile store anywhere in the USA! Clearly, impersonating a law enforcement officer is also illegal, and just plain crazy stuff. Therefore, in truth she and her henchman fake officer Dalton should both be arrested for perpetration of endangerment, assault, and impersonation of law enforcement on their unknowing innocent victims. Okay, all here are now warned to stay far far away from this crazy person and her T-Mobile store. Better still, just dump T-Mobile, and switch to one of the great new AT&T unlimited plans with a $250.00 Visa gift card rebate per line. Besides, T-Mobile network coverage and signal strength both totally suck in the Central-West LA regions. Whereas, AT&T' network coverage and signal are most excellent and strong. So in a way, I have to thank the crazy old, malicious hag store manager Ms. Shentelle because it is 100% due to her that I became motivated to check out other wireless options, and now am very happy that I did. The T-Mobile dishonest expert customer service liars at dial 611 promised that the district manager would right away begin an investigation followed by a call back to me to report the results and any actions taken in terms of correction, accountability, and consequences. That was over 50-days ago, but of course I new better than to believe them anyway. Meanwhile, I'm totally delighted with our new 4-line AT&T Elite Unlimited plan with my only regret being that I did't switch away from T-Mobile's deplorable, unreliable, tremendously weak signal service, and constant abruptly-out-of-nowhere call droppings a long time ago, not to mention the horribly poor customer care, or I should say 'customer don't care' service. No more dropped calls by itself has been tremendous change for the better! read more
