I called to inquire about some repairs & service for our 2 bikes bought here new, just like the previous 2 bikes. Once I got there, I was told that they couldn't keep bikes there for repairs; I had to take them back. They usually take at least or 4 days for services, sometimes longer. Had I been told this when I called to explain problem, it wouldn't have been an issue. But I'm leaving the country for a. few days. I had loaded-up and driven from 4 towns away. They should have told me, when I called, that they "couldn't keep" the bikes. I was stuck; but, luckily our Son who lives in the area said he'd pick the bikes up. The attitudes of the workers are abysmal; like anti-customer service. I won't be back. There is a much nicer bike shop a couple blocks down Johnston street. Your choice. Rick. .
