Both times I was told my warranty is still good. I made this trip twice now just to get turned around by the front desk bc apparently I actually don't have a warranty. What I really appreciate, beyond words can even explain, is their customer care. After my father passed away, I was the "lone ranger" left in charge of dealing with affairs. One of the things on my seemingly never-ending list was contacting Lincare to pick up the items that were left and taking care of the remaining charges. It took a few phone calls and messages left, but the person I spoke with (Linda?) instantly put me at ease, letting me know how sorry they were for my loss and that they would take care of pick-up ASAP. They arranged with me a specific date and time within the next few days. That employee arrived promptly and was so very personable. He knew my father from previous deliveries. We talked for quite some time. When it came to taking care of the bill, they were very understanding of my situation (I had to go through the courts to establish an estate account, ect). They were so understanding and never demanded immediate payment. In fact, they really took care of me. Without going into too much detail, I just have to say that this is completely UNLIKE most businesses/companies that I've had to deal with in this situation. If anyone from this company ever reads this review, I want them to know how appreciative I am for their understanding and excellent customer service in such a trying time. I would reccomend Lincare to anyone needing respitory care or medical equipment, especially the Lafayette, LA location!
