They've always sent at least 2 people here and when I saw one person show up, I already knew what to expect. Light fixtures not cleaned Living room furniture was not moved and cleaned under (who leaves dust under a sofa and tables) - THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE THIS WITH A BASIC CLEANING Under beds not dusted / mopped (I have concrete floors) Blinds behind sofa not wet cleaned and not sure too many of there were wet cleaned since you would have needed a ladder Items on the base of living room table just cleaner around Shelves in bathrooms above toilets were not dusted Blinds above master tub not cleaned Cabinets not wiped up top as expected Bottom of furniture not dusted (only used furniture polish on the tops) Art on walls not cleaned Bathroom mirrors were smeared (you would think the least he would do would be to make sure that doesn't happen) Needless to say, this was very disappointing considering the level of cleaning I received in the past was way more thorough than what was done today. If this is the level of cleaning an owner does, I can't imagine what your expectations are today versus last year when the cleaners came. I chose this company because I used them in the past for several basic cleanings and thought they would do a great job with a deep cleaning. The OWNER showed up because the original cleaner was out sick - if this is what the OWNER'S expectations are, their expectations have certainly been lowered. I'm talking questionable dry fluids on the walls, stains, scruff, floors that even felt cringe walking around in socks. When we realized the not so professional cleaning on the day of closing we, of course, freaked out. We had to move 2 uhauls worth of things into the garage, bc no way we were putting things in the house in that condition. After sobbing to a coworker about it, she reminded me that Gary was a friend of hers. I had only met him once before but I immediately called him and manically explained and begged for help. All of his employees were booked with cleanings that day, but 2 hours after our call, he and another employee came to the house to see what they would be working with. They also cleaned the master bedroom as best they could for us so that we could at least have a place to sleep without feeling so gross. Thankfully none of our kids were with us that night and just the master was enough. They were able to fit us in the next day and he and his crew were there literally all day getting this house in shape. It is a bigger house, so he knew it would take time. They werent able to finish and made time for us the next day to complete the job. Gary is so personable. The whole time we did the walk through, it felt like I was showing a friend around my new house(and erratically venting like I would with friends). Even the 2 employees he had with him were very easy to be around. And the price was so reasonable, I cant even. I had called 2 other places and they were almost double! And the connections this guy has! Every time we pointed out something we were going to have to fix on the house or even just get looked at, here was Gary with a business card and an actual idea of what we'd be looking at for repairs. Wasted no time bringing a mold inspector to give us a peace of mind for questionable surface mold. They all took such a mountain of weight off of our shoulders and we are forever grateful.

I called around and after getting a few painters over, either they were really busy and wanted to push me out 2 months or they were quoting a fairly high price to get my painting done in a few weeks. Bobby's price was the best and not only that, his paint crew was fast, neat, polite and really made the process of painting several rooms a breeze.
