    We had DirecTV satellite service for several years, then switched to Dish a few years back for a…read more(slightly) lower subscription price. When Dish kept increasing our monthly fee, we decided to switch to DirecTV Stream. After I signed up for the "no-risk" trial of DirecTV Stream, I called Dish to cancel that overlapping service. At that point, Dish transferred me over to a customer retention specialist who made me an offer that we could not refuse. At that point, I signed up with Dish, then called DirecTV to bail out of their service. Good luck! I was beyond their 14-day trial and could not cancel without paying them for the entire 2 year contract. They were holding me hostage. I then called Dish to explain the situation to them and to cancel that service that we had just ordered the day before, and THEY also tried to hold me hostage and expected me to pay for an entire 2 year contact. After threatening Dish with legal action and reminding them that the contract could be revoked within 3 business days, they caved in. So now we are stuck with DirecTV Stream for 2 years. It came with the one Gemini device and remote. We have two TVs, and I was not willing to pay them to lease another remote, so I bought two more online. We have had frequent and recurring problems, where we are watching recorded programming and where an error message suddenly pops up, saying that it has lost our Internet connection (which is total nonsense). The only way to escape this when it happens (error code 10007-013) is for me to restart the device. I had to do this yesterday and again today. So much for "streaming". I called DirecTV when this occurred today, and their technical support was totally useless. She wanted me to reboot my Starlink modem, which is working fine with a dozen other devices in our house, including the other TV. I have also had issues where I have had to totally reprogram one of the Gemini remotes after it kept freezing up. Waiting for this contract to end is worse than waiting for the next election cycle.

It began with me making a call to schedule an appointment for Mule to give me a quote on a security system for my business. A young man named Seth set up the appointment and showed up to check out my location. He told me that it would take about 4 days to come up with a quote. 3 weeks went by and no call or reply to my messages. Finally I left another message stating that I needed a quote for a security system for my apartment as well, that's when he finally replied. He came by the house and took pictures of where the sensors are located from my current security system (odd!!!) .. Again, he tells me to give him a few days. Again, nothing... Another 3 weeks went by, so I decided to call the owner of Mule Security, and he didn't seem too concerned with my complaint or issue, and said he would have Seth call me the next day... It's been almost 2 months now, and neither Seth or the owner got back to me. It doesn't bother me that they didn't want my business, but it does bother me that total strangers have pictures of where my current security sensors are located throughout the house. I will be filing a police complaint this week, in case anyone breaks into my apartment, at least the police have something to work with. Not saying these people are not legit, just saying that the way they run their business sux! This is my review from my experience dealing with Mule Security. This is not bashing or slander, this is just my God given Constitutional right of freedom of Speech and Opinion.

Sales associate told me that was only online and in store our phones were worth only $100 of trade in value. I pushed back, showed the fine print online that said nothing about being online only and they still wouldn't do the trade in for me. My mom needed the new phone so she went through with the purchase in store, and we were under the impression we'd get the trade in value as stated earlier. The transaction is over, phones are switched and the sales associate says "ok you can take your old phone we don't need it", so we didn't even get the trade in value from it. Later that same day I'm trying to do the online order for my phone, and I go to a different ATT store just down the road in Wallingford to ask a quick question, tell him what the sales associate told me up the road, and he said your phone has over $800 trade in value, even in store! So he did the upgrade for me right then and there. Feel bad for my mom because she could have saved a lot of money if we just left the store and went to a different store without lying associates.
