The woman that owns it now, is complete trash human. I WALK to do my laundry here from my…read moreapartment, two blocks away. I try to get here before the "last wash" which is posted in the front window as 7:05p daily, because they close at 8:00 nightly. (though apparently on each entrance door to the side of the front window, the posted Last Wash time states it must be in & started by 6:55p) One day I was having difficulty getting my card to work, and it took about half hour to get it figured out. In that time, I finally got it figured out at 6:54p. I know because I watched the girl working get on the phone and look at me repeatedly for some reason.... 10 minutes later, an agitated looking woman wearing sweats & a tank top came in, looked at me, smiled wryly, and went to the girl working; The girl pointed toward me, and so the woman (presumably the owner), came up and literally pointed her finger in my face, telling me that I had come in late once before, and that I was late starting last wash today also (6:54 = untrue) I didn't bother saying anything, as she continued holding her finger in my face - She finished by telling me, "Last wash is 6:55. I should take your card now, but just know If it happens again, you're banned from here and will be trespassed, Gotit?!" So I'd been there since around 6:20 or so, trying to fix my card using the app. My laundry was already in the washers, and I actually got them started using the app, at 6:54p....so it seems like some over-eager patron abuse by the mismanagement team, imho.... (aside from the front window post 7:05p) *Well, I guess it won't be any surprise to find out sooner or later, that the business was sold off to someone else because that angry little owner went bankrupt, or similar outcome, to no surprise whatsoever. I'll never forget the way I have been unfairly and wrongly singled out by the disrespectful buffoons who own/operate this garbage establishment, and I honestly hope that woman loses her business, and ends up having to lug her laundry 2 blocks uphill to some place that treats her like dog sh*t. She certainly deserves much worse than that, lemme tell ya. (thanks for making sure all the other people could see & hear your ranting at me. It sure was embarrassing enough without an audience.... But you just had to add insult to injury, didn't you? Thanks!)

Last time I called for a resident who had a recent stay at a hotel and was worried about bites on his leg. I called after he was done working for the day and left a message. He called me back after office hours and scheduled and inspection/treatment for the next day. This prompt response got the issue taken care of before the weekend, and gave my residents peace of mind!

Due to a rat problem from an apartment complex's large capacity dumpster located close to my…read morebackyard (one rat came to within a few feet of my kid playing in the backyard), I called Pest Predators to see if they could help eradicate the invasion to my property. Mike came out the same week I called and went to work right away to address the infestation. Within 4 months of continuous treatment, the rat problem went from HEAVY activity to NO activity. As you can imagine, the owner of the apartment complex never stepped up to take responsibility for the problem (surprise surprise). But thanks to mike's efforts we at least have the problem under control for now and we feel a little more comfortable letting our kid play again in the backyard. Controlling the pests will be a long term effort since the source of the problem is still there, and owner seems perfectly fine with leaving it next to my yard, but with Mike on the job we are confident that he will do everything in his power to keep this problem under control. Very knowledgeable, professional and an all around nice person. Based on my experience with this company, they are the gold standard in this business.

7/12/25 Aurora, CO: So glad I called a Handyman instead of an electrician! I have a few…read moreelectricians I've used before, so I had a few to choose from when my light fell down a couple days ago. But they usually can't fit me in for a week or two. Plus, if all went well with the light, I had a few more items I wanted to discuss, and they would require a Handyman. So I called Tim (Artsem is his full name, in case you've seen that in other reviews), he picked up first call, I explained about the light, and I asked how soon he could come? I said "Can you come tomorrow?" Now I don't know if he usually works on Saturday, but he said "Sure, how about 9 - 10am?" Worked great for me! So I showed him the light, thinking he would have to get into the attic to get "above" the fixture to replace the cup-thing it screws into, but he said no, everything is done down below. So he ran to Home Depot to get the correct cup thing, and knowing he was heading to HD anyway, I said "See this rusted vent? I tried to unscrew it and change it myself, but it's caulked on tight. Can you replace that?" "Sure!" (Add $10 to my bill. I'm happy with that!!) So I showed him another vent in the basement, and he did that one also. While we were at it, I asked him to put some wall anchors on a tall set of cabinets in the garage, and anchor it to the wall so that it never tips over. And I showed him where a hook on the garage wall fell down because I hung too many folding chairs on it. He picked up some extra long screws at Home Depot, and took care of that too. In addition, I thought that my ceiling fan wasn't working, and had him look at it. He found the problem quickly, and it's working again! Same thing with a lightbulb in the basement subfloor that wasn't working, he got it working again. So I am super happy to have found Tim, and I will 100% for sure be using him again very soon, because I have lots more on my Honey-Do list. Someone asked in the Questions section how much he charges: I believe his minimum fee may be $100. But it seemed that each little thing that I asked him to do (like replace the vents, anchor the cabinet to the wall, re-hang the hook in the garage), he priced at $10 each. I believe he said he charges either "$60 per hour, or a flat rate", like when my fixture fell down, he asked me to send pictures, I did, and he texted me a flat rate without seeing it in person, and I loved his price and said yes. For small items that are quick, like 10 minutes, would be about $10. (He does add on the Home Depot price of whatever he has to buy to do it, so $16 for each of my vents. Therefore, $16 + $10 = $26. Can't beat that! So be sure and find a few items that need fixing, and call for it all to be done in one trip. I was 10/10 pleased with his pricing, I felt his prices are low, but his ability and expertise is high!! Anyway, if you live in Denver, I would call Tim, and if it is something he has done before and knows how to do, I bet you are going to be super happy like I am!! Thanks, Tim!
