I was out of town for business again, but since my first experience was positive, I trusted things would go smoothly. That was a mistake. They did the exact opposite of what we agreed upon, despite confirming the details in writing. Nothing they promised was actually done. To make matters worse, they left my front porch a mess. I later had another handyman look at their work, and he told me I was overcharged, especially considering they just reused the original materials and merely painted over them.
